The installer was courteous and did a good job.

I think the internet service is horrible. It's slow. I just don't think it works very good. We have kids and lots of internet being used and often times it bogs down and we can't use our Amazon Firestick because it is just so slow.

Simple, I took it in and they gave me a combination unit and told me to drop off the other piece in the drop box in front of the store.

When my internet service kept randomly failing, I called to get help. The service rep seemed to be working from a script. She repeated the same unhelpful suggestions every time I restated the problem and my question as to whether the 14 year old equipment that they provided might be obsolete and thus causing the problem. finally a supervisor was consulted and a turse admission that it might be the equipment might be at fault. I felt that an incompetent, under trained service provider was insinuating that I was stupid. I am in the process of getting a new provider.

They won't reduce their rate so I am looking else where.

It was good experience although it started out on the rough side. They sent me an modem and nobody here even new what is the modem look like or anything to start with and so I put with it for about two weeks it would go off and on, off and on and finally get tired off, and they finally offered new modem put it in and it is 100% good. I would continue to use them.
