Well. They planned their work so we always had water each night. Very little inconvenience to us during the project.

We had a large number of family members inbound for Christmas when our new dishwasher stopped functioning. Though under warranty, we couldn't get the dealer's contracted plumbing company to come to the house until well after the holiday.  I called Brooks, who worked us into the company's busy service schedule a few days prior to Christmas; however, the scheduler called to offer an earlier appointment when another customer canceled. Paul arrived, listened to our description of the trouble, inspected the dishwasher and correctly diagnosed the problem as a drain obstruction under the sink rather than the appliance next to it. He had a replacement hose in his truck, installed it and cleared the drain - saving us from about 10 days of hand washing a ton of dishes. He couldn't have been more courteous and professional while our guests began arriving. This was our second experience with Brooks and neither could have gone better. We have put Brooks at the top of our list of repair companies for future issues.

They were very open and honest. They were communicative about their services and prices. They were very useful and efficient with their time and was kind enough to clean the area when they were finished. I would consider using this company again in the future.
