I have them cleaned yearly.

They were great! It took a couple of hours. They were wonderful! I have used them before.
I thought they were fair and honest in their pricing, came out when they said they would and did a really good job.
The workers were very professional!

Everything was excellent. The technician was timely, professional and very courteous. Initially, the date we scheduled was fine, but then when they arrived, we realized that was the same day that our water was being shut off for other work. So the technician immediately got on the phone and got another truck scheduled to get out to our house and get the carpets cleaned once the water was back on. They went above and beyond and did great work. We will use them again in the future.

I called Blue Ribbon to get an estimate for a carpet cleaning. I was given an estimate of $195 for living/dining, 2 bedrooms, 2 halls, furntiture moved, but no dressers to move, and the bed on wheels. Service technician arrived promptly and went to work. Cleaning was satisfactory, however, the bedroom wall was scratched when the bed was moved. The technician notified me promptly of the scratch and suggested I call the company. I called, and was asked how I would like to have it handled. I suggested taking $10 off the bill which they promptly agreed to do.

Arrived on time but with full waste water tank. Stated he needed to discharge this dirty carpet cleaning water at our site from previous job. Agreed to allow him to empty tank in basement laundry sink which he then left dirty and full of nasty residue from his tank.
Carpets were accessible and carpet free but didn't to a very good job. Dark areas in edges and stairway remained after cleaning. Stated he didn't have time to do a thorough job. Invoice was for $10 more than quoted.

Called company one week prior to service date. $200 estimate was provided over phone. Arrival time was supposed to be between 10 AM and 12 Noon. Service rep called around 11 AM to advise that he would not make it by noon. He arrived around 12:30. Cleaning time was about 1.5 hours. Serrvice rep was courteous and professonal. Price was $200. Furniture was clean. Not much else to tell. I would use them again.

BLUE RIBBON IS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, REASONABLY PRICED AND THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE CONSIDERATE OF THE PROPERTY THEY ARE WORKING ON. I WOULD AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
