My 90 year old father-in-law can’t see well. He spills coffee on his beige carpet regularly. Today, he took a spill himself and there was blood on his carpet as well. He had to spend the afternoon at ER. This seemed like a great time to get his carpets cleaned, but could I possibly get someone right now, at 3:30 pm? I called Blue Ribbon. Bob answered and said Monday for sure, maybe today. He called me right back and said someone would be at the house in 45 minutes to an hour. Adam showed up promptly and he was professional and friendly. He did a fantastic job! I was amazed at the difference when he was done. He also didn’t mind that I added some more work at the end of his Saturday (after 5 pm by then) by asking for an area rug to be cleaned too. He then put the area rug up on a table for me to better dry. Adam and Blue Ribbon exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend the company to anyone in need of quality carpet cleaning.

We have used them previously and they came recommended to us by friends. They were very, very good. They did the best carpet cleaning job that we have had done in ten years.  They were punctual and very courteous. When they completed the job they left the floor clean and not wet. They actually got spots up that other carpet cleansers were unable to get up. They put protectors under everything so that there would be no stains after drying. They completed the job quickly with great quality.
