The work was the best, they did an excellent job. it was recommend to us by a good friend, from proposal the price was fantastic, they were very professional and they did an excellent job. they always kept me updated regarding the status of the project. they were fantastic and did a great job. I highly recommend them. ratings are based on previous work experiences. When they left, they kept the property clean of debris, I was very happy with the clean up.

It was excellent with that group! Professional, exceedingly polite, cleaned up beautifully. They went above and beyond matter of fact with the clean up. The thing that impressed me most was that they were really really exceedingly polite, differential, and professional. I was very impressed. I called the owner in the middle of the job to express my pleasure.

I could not have been much happier with their service. I got a much better deal with them than with the other estimates I had. The knowledge of the installers stood out, they know what they were doing. I had no problems with them.

They were good about giving us a bid which turned out to be accurate and there weren't any surprises. The crew that they sent out was very nice and very polite. They cleaned up before they left and checked in every night and since I have a home office that was a nice thing for them to do. There was one problem concerning the skylight installation and the owner came out and fixed that himself. I shopped around and it was a pretty good price for what they did.

We were very happy with this Company from the beginning to the end. They gave us a bid and told us they would be able to get the job done sometime this summer and we were fine with that. Since there were 3 buildings they thought they could maybe split up the job. We both kept in contact with each other about scheduling and it was looking like it would be the end of Sept. before we would be on the schedule. We remembered that we had a vacation scheduled around that time, so we made them aware of it. They had a delay in another job, so they slipped us in before our vacation which was very helpful to us. They came and did the pitched roofs 1st and finished them, then had to wait a week or so for our new HVAC system to come in before doing the flat roof. Black Diamond roofing was great about coordination all this with the HVAC Contractor and everything was done just as it was promised.
It was a pleasure to work with this company. They were always accessible and didn't mind answering any question we had through the whole process. All of their crew was professional and very knowledgable.
