Initial contact, design definition, and contract establishment was smooth, easy and efficient.  They were very easy to work with, were very accommodating, and captured exactly what our needs with  the first rendering.  The cabinet itself was built ahead of schedule, and exceeded our expectations in fit, finish, and function.  Brian, Nic, and Paul are great people who love what they do, and it shows in their professionalism and their product.

We live in Spokane, WA, so I was worried that they wouldn't have that extra motivation to do a good job because it would be unlikely for them to get repeat business in such a distant place.  That was not the case.  They have a great deal of pride in their work--and they should!  I can't say enough about the attention to detail that Nic and his team focus on.  They are true craftsman.  They build cabinets and furniture that are perfect.  They arrived with complete cabinets when they said they would and meticulously installed them.  We have children, so we especially appreciated their professionalism.  They are great with kids!  They gave my son some spare lumber he got out his play tools and worked right along with them.  They were very respectful and professional in their interactions with fellow contractors.  I was proud to have them on the job site--I think they raised the bar for the other sub-contractors.
