BC GAS REPAIR

I highly recommend this company if you need HVAC work. They were very good to work with and did a very nice job. The guys were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Their quote was also much better than the big well known HVAC companies in Olympia!

Brian was great!  At first I couldn't get in touch with him by phone, but his answering machine had an email address and we were able to correspond through email.  He responded promptly to my emails and we were able to schedule an appointment.  Brian ordered a gas/propane conversion kit for our stove and then came with an assistant (I think it was someone in training) and converted our new range and installed it in our home.  He was kind and friendly and didn't mind that my two kids wanted to watch him work the whole time.  He even explained some of the range's features to me (we inherited it second hand so it didn't come with a manual).  Brian did a great job, charged me exactly what was initially quoted (which was very reasonable), and I would highly recommend him.

He was very professional - took care not to damage or dirty any surfaces in the house. He used the gas leak detector on all the fittings, but was not able to find a gas leak. He did find a faulty burner which possibly had not turned off completely. He cleaned the burner. He was very helpful and gave me some hints on cooking with gas that I hadn't known before and which were not included in the instructions that came with the appliance.

BC Gas Repair is a very affordable and honest company to work with. We had been seeing sparks in our gas fireplace, so he came out and saw that the heat-plate in our fireplace was corroded. He knew of another vendor to order the part from even though the fireplace manufacturer no longer sold that part. Very friendly and hard working, and professional. A little hard to get a hold of sometimes, but otherwise, a great and reliable company.

They are very personable and very friendly. They are responsive. Sometimes it takes a day to get back to us. He has very good ideas on options for new furnaces. I think he very good.
