The two painters who came out were experienced painters and did a good job. There was some confusion on their part on what was to be painted, they stated that estimate didn't cover painting doors. When I insisted that I had expected it to, they eventually agreed. When I tried to call Jayson to clarify what was covered in the estimate he never returned my call, nor came out to check on job. They also said they weren't supposed to paint railing on porch even though that was specifically spelled out in estimate. It left me feeling uncomfortable about the whole thing even though the actual paint job was good. I never did hear back from Jayson, so I don't feel I could recommend him to friends or family.

Again, the job went very well. The employees of this company are very polite and respectful of your home. I would hire them again and again.

It went very well and only took one and a half days to do the project. They are very professional and all workers very polite. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. I would recommend this company over any other.

All painting was very prompt to come out and give an estimate and start working. However, the estimate that we were given was unclear and the work ended up costing more than the estimate reflected. This would have actually been okay because it was an honest mistake. However, the painter (Leon) that came out to do the work for us was not thorough and was generally unpleasant. He failed to paint entire beams on our balcony, missed entire fence panels, only painted one side of our fence, and missed entire sections of the balcony floor that needed to be painted. When he came out to finish painting the floor of our balcony, the paint color was different than the paint color that he used the first time he came out. When we spoke to Jayson regarding the work, he was always very pleasant and would send Leon out again to make the corrections but it took at least five (maybe more) visits to get it right. The customer service and willingness to correct the problem was good, but the actual painting was disappointing, to say the least. And, to be quite honest, I didn't even bother pointing out the small details that were missed because I just wanted to get the big things fixed and move on!

I went wonderfully. Made the house look completely different. Put the house on the market on a Thursday of week 1 and had a buyer by the next Wednesday. I think the painting definitely contributed to that. They did a great job. They were fast and came back to do a follow-up.

They were prompt. Did a great job with all aspects of the job. Pick-ups where minor. Clean-up was O.K. Could have been a little better.
I would use them again.

The crew members were punctual, polite, professional. They were careful of our landscaping, and did extra touch-up of cracks and worn areas. They completed the work in the time they predicted, and cleaned up after themselves, even placing pots back where they had been.

It looks amazing, so happy, Will be calling them again next time I need my home pressure washed. It looks brand new and before they did the work there was a lot of green. From the first time I called and dealt with Crystal to the work getting done, just great service all the way around. Thank you again! :)

Construction was a mess, but that's normal. The end result is a home run! New floors, interior painting, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, all done to perfection. Every time we came across a snag Jayson would come up with a solution that made the whole project that much better. He would make sure that the kitchen sink was usable at the end of each day. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good, reliable, professional contractor.

.They were quick and efficient. They were dreadful when it came to the plants around them. They just trashed them. I have had the house painted before and nobody ever made that much of a mess. I thought they were particularly bad when it came to protecting the plants. They did a good job when it came to the prep work. The color on the back porch floor is not the color I wanted. I decided that I do not want him to repaint it until next spring, because putting more paint on a wet porch was not going to do any good. It was not the best, but it was okay. The price was a little high. The quality of the work was good. the professionalism was good. I did not think that his painters were all that skilled. I would consider hiring them again.

Painted guest bedroom and hall bathroom. Estimator arrived on time, examined proposed work and provided written estimate. After accepting estimate and scheduling work, painter arrived on time and performed all work as expected. Quality of work was excellent, and completed job in about 5 hours. Painter did a brief walk-through with me before leaving. All Painting then sent a final invoice via email. | |Couldn't ask for a better job, and I'll definitely consider them for future work. Very professional and highly recommended.

Workers were on time and professional. Pressure washing filled old paint bubbles with water, most were at the back of the house.
This problem was pointed out, before painting. After painting, bubbles still there. Jayson came for touch ups, but argued that is
was the previous painters bad job. Jayson offered to fix it, for additional cost. Our outdoor security light was blasted during power
washing. Here again, Jayson argued about being an old light blablabla. Very unprofessional, he is the most sincere untruth teller i ever talked to and had to argue with. He did give us credit for the broken light, but we declined .

Company used Woody to install carpet, and he did one of the best jobs I've seen, especially on the stairs. He worked really hard, was meticulous and took pride in the job he did

I requested an estimate from their web site. An appointment was quickly made. Jayson Kirkwood was on time for the appointment, the estimate was very reasonable and the work was scheduled. The project required two days. The first day was cleaning, washing, preparing the house for painting and repairing a bad gutter board. The house was allowed to dry for about two weeks before painting. The second day was for the painting. Due to rain the painting had to be delayed but Jayson kept me informed as to what was happening
The workers were on time both days and were very professional. Downspouts and items attached to the house were removed, windows, doors and the porch were covered to protect them. All was reinstalled after the painting was finished. Everything was cleaned up afterwards.
I am very happy with the quality of the work done and would recommend them.

Excellent! From first contact to last details they were responsive, have a WONDERFUL team, did beautiful work and were professional and personable. Great people. I knew I would be making a big investment on this project and was naturally nervous. I'm so glad I did the whole project.
Have to say, they were willing to work with me if I had decided to do only certain smaller pieces.

Our experience with All Painting was great. The work was performed at my mother’s house and it was an easy, one stop shop! We had a variety of things that needed to be done, and instead of using multiple companies All Painting took care of all our needs in one. We had such a great experience we are having them come back in the spring to do the entire exterior of our home to match the beautiful interior work they did!

We found this company on Angies list, liked the reviews and called them and another few companies for bids. Unfortunately I think we chose the wrong one. We just became owners of this property and are working on putting it back in a better condition. The main building is an old building and has cedar siding. When we were going over the building with Jayson for the bid we pointed out a lot of defects that we were aware of, such as peeling paint, old nails that needed pulled, and some boards that needed to be caulked. We asked if these were things that he could take care of and he said yes. We all agreed that it was an old building and the siding would eventually need to be replaced, but we wanted it to look better, and be a little more weather tight for a few years before actually residing it, Since we were doing other things on the building at this time such as new roof, new HVAC system and new gutters, ( and by the way, we had absolutely no problems with any of these other contractors. They were happy to answer any questions we had) ) He said he understood and worked up a bid. Actually we have to admit we were happy with the price and hired them to do the job, thinking that we would have the job done as we talked about during the bid process. ( We were surprised to find out that the bid did not include the cost of the paint, which we worked through, we also didn't know during the bid process that the doors and some trim were not included so again we paid extra for that. Then in the final bill we were charged for extra prep without letting us know that we would be charged, so again we worked through that and came to agreement) He told us that they would be doing the prep work then put us on the schedule for the painting in a few weeks. We happened to be over at the Restaurant one of the 1st days of prep and were able to watch the workers and at that time noticed some areas that didn't seem to be pressure washed or scraped for painting, but felt like they would take care of it at some point. A few day later we meet Jayson over there to get the paint samples from him so we asked if they were done pressure washing because some of the areas still didn't look ready. We were very surprised how insulted he got with just asking a questions. He said he didn't like being nit picked and that they were not completely done with the prep and not to worry it would get done before they started painting. We told him we were sorry and just wanted to understand the process. By the way, We have owned rental property, have been a General Contractor, and been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years...so we have worked around many contractors and trades so we feel like we know a bit about the process. I think a few weeks went by and it was getting close to the week they were going to do the painting, we had been over there a few times and still saw things that weren't completely prepped so we contacted them a few days before they were scheduled to start painting and asked again about the paint that was still peeling, caulking not done, and old nails still needing to be pulled. After speaking on the phone and actually being told again that we were being nit picky and that they have already spent way to much extra time on the job he finally agreed to meet us at the building to look things over. By this time we were worried they were going to start painting over peeling paint and we knew that would not be a good thing to do. During this conversation at the building he was totally mad and offended that we were questioning his work, went on and on about how much more work they have had to do and that they have a great reputation and basically we were just expecting to much. Again I have never been talked to by someone I hired to do work the way he talked to us. At the end of this meeting again he said that they would continue to be prepping up until and even during painting. Against our better judgement we deciding to trust his process. They started the painting process and had a full crew there most of the week and actually got a lot done during that process. During this time we could still see some paint peeling, old nails and caulking not done. The very things we were worried about from the beginning, we decided to wait until they said they were done to say anything. During our walk through with Jayson after they said they were done we pointed them out and he said he would be back to finish up. He did come back and get that done. We thought there would be some touch up paint left but couldn't find any, we asked about that in an email but didn't get an answer. We received the bill by email that day and decided to hold back $500.000, because part of the job was to paint the duct work of the HVAC system on the roof and we all agreed the painters would have to come back and do that because the roofers and the HVAC contractor was not finished with their work. From the beginning we all understood the color of the duct work would be determined later after we knew what color the actual HVAC system was. About a week went by and the roofer and HVAC contractor got finished up. I emailed ALL Painting and let them know it was ready for paint and that we had some paint matched that was the color of the system and gave them the color code #. In this email I mentioned a small part on the back of the building that was not covered very well with paint and maybe they could take care of that when they painted to the duct work. I received an email back letting me know what date they would be painting the ducts with no mention of the paint color of ducts or touch up paint and the small touch up on the wall. The day before they were to start painting the ducts I sent an email to verify that they understood the ducts needed to be painted a different color. It seemed like it was news to them and we had a few emails back and forth about who would be paying for the paint. We finally spoke on the phone and told him we would pay for the paint...(just to get this over with) and agreed he would paint the ducts with the new paint and agreed he noticed the area on the back of the building that needed touched up and we would meet him over there the next day. Later that day I received an email from his office saying they would need to be able to get to the touch up paint that was left. I was confused because I had already told them there was no touch up paint left. I figured they would get some and have it there the next day. We took the check book with us thinking we could get everything wrapped up that day and be done. We got there and his workers were painting the ducts with the correct color...(we were happy about that). Jayson wasn't there like we had understood he would be and the workers wanted to know were the touch up paint was so they could finish the small area on the back of the building. Again, I told them there was none left. They called Jayson and was told he would bring some by the next day, do the work and leave the paint. ( Oh...I forgot to mention during the painting process there was a small board on a small part of the roof that the painters broke, we brought it to Jayson's attention and he said he would take care of it, also there was some paint on a few shingles of the new roof that we asked about from several times that was just ignored, so we ended up having the roofer replace them at our expense.) Needless to say we didn't make final payment that day like we expected to because Jayson was not there, but when we got home there was a final bill in our email. I emailed back stating we would be glad to send final payment when the touch up was done, the board was fixed and some touch up paint was left. I didn't hear anything back from that email so assumed the touch up would be done the

"In response to our company's negative review, this issue was more of a personality conflict than an issue of workmanship. The work was performed with our quality standard and we warranted the work performed. We worked with both the building owners and the restaurant owners (tenants) throughout the job. The building tenants were extremely satisfied with the service received, as well as with the work performed. The building tenants have also referred our company to others since the completion of the work. Respectively submitted, Jayson Kirkwood All Painting, LLC"

All Painting provided prompt, professional and polite service at every step. Everyone at All Painting was a pleasure to work with-- from Jayson, who did the estimate and some of the prep work, to the office staff, to the painter. The work we needed done was a relatively small job but Jayson took time to explain the process, recommend products and match our colors. When the color of the deck stain wasn't quite right, he quickly had the color corrected. I had the impression that he sincerely wanted us to be happy with the work, and the same was true of the painter. The stain that Jayson recommended was high quality, and the house trim paint matched perfectly our existing color. The quality of all the prep work, painting and staining was superior. When the job was finished, the painter asked that I inspect his work to be sure I was happy with it (and he thoroughly cleaned up everything!).
We couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of our experience with All Painting and won't hesitate to call them again. We highly recommend All Painting!

We have a three story house on a sloping hillside. Very difficult to paint. Checked out Angie's List; got two bids. While All Painting LLC was a bit higher than the other, we really liked the details that Brandon provided regarding some of the technical issues with caulking the joints on the Hardi-Planl siding and dealing with the high trim. We insisted on the highest quality paint from Sherwin-Williams - and as the time to paint came closer and Sherwin-Williams came out with their Emerald paint - they upgraded to that with no extra charge. Pressuring washing, caulking, sealing and painting were all completed in a timely and professional manner. No mess left at the end of the day. Brandon came by daily to check the progress; at the end he did a walk-through and identified problems that he had corrected - ones that we never noticed! House looks great. Many compliments. And we have recommended All Painting to several of our friends.
