+ -1 moreYou can't do better than this contractor. If you are working with the VA, I absolutely recommend him. His office is quick to respond to paperwork and all of the many documents that the VA needs on an ongoing basis with construction. His people are polite, professional, caring, and meticulous. Their work is amazing from start to finish. From the first day and throughout the process, they communicated everything that was going to happen for that day and beyond. They even threw the ball for my labs when they got in the way! I think that Adam and his crew take immense pride in their work, and it is evident in the quality that they provide. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Adam worked with the VA to reconfigure the downstairs into a wheelchair accessible domain. He extended the existing laundry room, framing and siding a 3-foot addition, to create an ADA approved bathroom. He created a wheel in shower, completely re-configuring plumbing, electrical, and duct work where necessary to also accommodate a toilet, sink, and even a window. He also tiled the bathroom and completed all finishing touches. In addition, he re-configured the existing powder room bathroom into a new laundry room, closing an existing door and opening a new door in the wall so that my current washer and dryer would fit. Again, he re-configured plumbing, electrical, and duct-work where necessary in order to complete this, and did a beautiful job drywalling and painting everything.

+ 0 moreHis bid on the renovation project was considerably lower than the other bids. So we asked him if he would also do the bathroom remodel. His bid for this project was also considerably under the other company bid. It was about $8000. We haven't started the project yet; it is still in the planning phase. So far he has been very professional. We picked him because he was the guy that we had seen do a project about a mile and half down the road from our house. We had watched that project go up and saw that it was done in an expeditious fashion. His work was very professional as they were doing it. He was doing a good job and taking care of the road issues, boulder issues, taking care of construction and getting a good view. The work was real good looking.
Description of Work: Adam Laneer Construction gave us a bid for remodel our laundry room and bathroom. He also had given us a bid for another renovation project where we are adding an extension to our house.
