A PRO HOME INSPECTION SERVICES

We needed an inspection for the home we are in the process of purchasing. I called a few inspection companies on Thursday trying to get an appointment for the weekend. John agreed to meet us on Sat. morning at 10:00. He was there at 9:30 (our realtor had arrived early to open the door) and got right to work doing a preliminary exterior inspection. When we showed up at 9:45 he started again and filled us in on the issues he had found already. John did a thorough inspection of the exterior, interior, crawl space, roof, electrical panel, attic, plumbing, ventilation, windows, pest, etc... John was very informative and answered all of our questions fully. He was professional, friendly, and as mentioned above, punctual. His report was emailed to us by Monday morning and included photos, recommendations, and a check list of maintenance recommendations to take care of upon taking possession of the home. The report also included routine maintenance items to keep in mind. He gave us tips and advice as we followed him through the inspection as well. We were very happy with the services provided and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a home inspection in the South Sound area.

They were just phenomenal. I did not find them on Angie's List. They were referred to me by my realtor. They showed up on time. They were very, very thorough in their inspection. They saved me over $60,000.00 worth of work that needed to be done on the home. The inspector that came out was named Jesse Longman. He was amazing. He just had surgery the day before and he was actually in an arm sling. He came out and did the report and it was amazing. He just caught things that nobody else I think would have caught.

John promised me he would be at my house at 9AM. As of 4PM, he had not yet shown up. He did not call, either. VERY unprofessional. NOT recommended.

I recommend him highly. He is prompt and courteous, professional and helpful, and has said that I can call him back at any time with any questions.

HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND ACTUALLY CAME OUT A SECOND TIME TO CHECK, WHICH HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO. HE DID THAT FREE OF CHARGE. THE PRICE WAS AVERAGE. I COULD NOT HAVE GOT IT LESS. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT MAYBE A LITTLE LESS, BUT HE WAS REPUTABLE. THERE WERE PLACES THAT WANTED MORE.
