The mechanics are excellent. They just do good work and a reasonable priced and they're honest! They're very accommodating, even if you need a ride home, they'll take you home!

Our car wouldn't start one morning, had to have it towed to Olalla Services. They found out what was wrong (car alarm was draining battery) and fixed it for us. We have used them for about 5 years for all our car needs. They are nice, good, honest people!

We've tried this service three times. One was for routine lube and service. Service satisfactory. The other times we did preliminary diagnosis. The first time, we purchased the part and took it to the service center and had them install it. The experience was congenial and the service completed satisfactorily. The only complaint we had was that because the repair had to be completed under the dash, the mechanic left grease marks on the floorboard and the door where he had worked.
The second time, we made the initial diagnosis and went to the center. The owner ordered the part, calling two places to obtain the best price. We paid for the part at that time. The service was scheduled for about five days away at upon opening. We took the truck in, and the mechanic appeared at 9:00 AM. The service was quoted as a two hour job by the book, with the understanding we'd get a call when completed. By noon the second day we hadn't received a call, so we went to the service center. At least two other vehicles were completed and awaiting pickup, and a third was on the rack. The mechanic said he had partially installed the part, but still had to do some welding to complete the job. The next day, we received a call about noon that the truck was ready. The charge was satisfactory, going by the two hour book quote.. There seems to be a problem with overbooking jobs. The delay on this last one cause us to cancel a planned out of town trip.
