My Dad's words:
I recently purchased a Husqvarna riding mower from a local Sears outlet. When I had a problem with the mower, my owner's manual gave me an 800 number to call for service. I made the call and was referred to a local dealer (Xtreme Powersports), who had a helpful young man come by my house and solve the problem, no charge! I don't speak Swedish, but I do say "Husqvarna, yah you betcha"!
