It wasn't acceptable. We bought flooring from them and they put in it. The product we bought would have been good but he didn't explain that it wasn't a good product. When they put it in, it wasn't put in well. There are gaps and raised pieces of wood. I'm not real happy. If you're blind it's pretty because its light colored but if you look at it very much and for spending that much money I think it's very bad. My husband and I have built the house in the past and used contractors but this guy just doesn't stand up to us.
