Horrible. Worst service experience in my life, and since I have rentals with appliances I've had many over my 40 years managing them. Condescending tech/owner Travis was rude and as unhelpful as one can get. Came out for a factory warranty service on our fridge that is freezing food in every shelf, and told us AND THE FACTORY that this is normal operation for a new refrigerator. Now we can't get this replaced even though 3 previous service calls from another company have proven it's faulty. He was supposed to confirm for us, but instead screwed us big time. Thanks for nothing!
