Brian was at the house when he said he would be there. He analyzed what needed to be done to clean the roof and what would be the best way to do it. He made some suggestions of other areas that needed to be cleaned and went the extra mile to pressure wash them. I not only will use Brian again, I also referred him to our Home Owners Association as there are some sidewalks in the neighborhood that need to be pressure washed.

I would definitely recommend Brian. He is very nice. The hard part with him is that it might take a few days to get a phone call back because he is super busy this time of the year since the yards grow like crazy. We have tons of navy retirees here who use his services. His prices are very reasonable. He is a younger guy and started his own business. What's nice about him is that he can do other things too. He will do the moss removal very methodically. It's worth waiting for him to get a phone call back. I call him a week before I need him to do the job. He does a really good job. He is very nice and conscientious. He went on my rooftop to give me a quote for the moss removal. There was a branch up there and he asked me if I wanted that branch to be removed. When he realized that the branch had fallen and made a hole in my roof, he called me right away to inform me that he was on my roof. He told me that I had a hole in my roof. His customer service is good. He went through the extra effort because I had some extra shingles on the side of the house. So, he asked me if I wanted him to fix the roof by putting the shingles along with some concrete blocks. He was willing to help out until I could get a roofer to repair it. He is a good guy who will look out for the customers. He has verbally quoted me about $450 for the last job and I haven't got the final bill. It's pretty good because my back yard was like a jungle. The moss removal on my roof and cleaning the gutters is $325. It includes treating the moss and removing it. He is going to treat it with a prevention treatment. So, it's a pretty good price for a lot of work. The process to kill the moss will take a few days. Then they come back the next day and get back up on the roof. They will power wash it gently. It takes quite a bit of time, but the price is pretty good for what they do. Brian will get all the stuff off and do all the clean up. It's a big project. That's why people don't want to do their own roof and hire people like Brian. I have been using his services since 2006. He is very accommodating and does good quality work. I know what the other companies charge around here and so his price is good in comparison to his competitors. He is always busy and I think he needs to hire more people. He is a typical landscaper who is always dirty because he is always in dirt, but I like that since it shows me that you are working. I would use his services in the future too. He was referred to us by someone who we know.
