They did not inspect very good. They were inspecting the drain field, and they told me that the septic system was almost in failure, and it would cost me $16,0000 to $18,000 to fix it. I went and got a second opinion, and they said that it was not in failure. It only needed some work, and it will only cost me $3,000 to fix it. I thought they were unprofessional, because they would not give me a complete estimate unless I was going to have them do the job. I wrote them a letter, and told them what I thought, and they just kind of discounted what I have had. I do not know what else to say.

"We were hired by a Realty company to do an inspection. During the course of the inspection we found that this owners drainfield had one of the lateral lines was full of effluent to the top of the rock. We stated in our report that the system was in a stressed condition and was nearing failing. We were not hired to investigate the problem further to see what made the lateral full of effluent. The member called another company and hired them to look further into the problem and they found what was wrong by using heavy equipment - installing a d-box and un-plugging pipes and replacing them. cost $3000.00 + Everyone has to realize that we were only hired to do an inspection ( $150.00 ) , not investigate or repair what we found wrong during the inspection. If anyone still has a problem with this please call our local health dept.representative who was on-site to see what was encountered to actually fix the problem. They did take out a permit to do the work that was needed. I sent an-e-mail in response to the owners statements on 6-10-13 and have not gotten a response since."

It was a wonderful experience, there were no problems. They were very professional and I would use them again anytime. The price was reasonable for the work performed. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and were very easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to get the job done right.
