Our last pumping was approximately 2 years ago. Since then we've had a young family member living with us and numerous visitors. We thought that after 2 years, we probably needed to be pumped. The Septic Alert lead, Jim, recommended that based upon what he saw, the tank could go at least another year. He told us that the remaining 2 tanks looked as they should and nothing else needed to be done. We had recently purchased a new dishwasher and asked his suggestions about septic safe soap, etc. The service guys are just such a wealth of information when they come out. Hard working, knowledgeable, never make you feel like you're asking a dumb question even when you are. They were also able to address a small hole next to the Glendon that I was concerned might affect it's operation and might need major and possibly costly repair. They found out what the issue was and it had nothing to do with the Glendon or it's operation. They also provided a solution that I could perform with a little hard work.
