Disappointed in service. Plumber late for appointment for replacement of two exterior faucets. Spent half of time in back of truck, excessive parts markup, invoiced for twice amount of verbal quote, installed faulty part that leaked for two weeks before before replacing, billed for almost three hours, many phone calls resulted in adjustment of $35.50 for time taken to return to office for part. Invoice shows three reasons for additional cost, but confirmed NO discounts for cash, senior, or military. I trust this poor service is not because I am an 88 year old widow.......

Showed up late by about an hour yet only documented they were 19 minutes late. I was charged for the additional time they spent doing the work. When I called to discuss they basically laughed me off the phone. Said it was only $15. If I am late on a payment with them they charge $15. They were late to the job so I should get that time back since I had to wait extra time. They almost have a monopoly on the island. Job could have easily been done within the first thirty minutes. Not happy with the service and won't use again or recommend to anyone.

Went perfect, we've been using them for about 15 years, they are the best in the area.

Scotties representative was a total professional! When we moved into our new home we discovered that the existing water heater was inoperative. Scotties offered us the best deal on a new water heater, and also took care of removing the old one and installing the new one. He did an outstanding job, and we now have all the hot water we could ever want!! Thanks Scotties!!!

Did not show up when expected, hard to get in touch with, customer service woman was very rude. Bill was outrageous for service performed and time spent waiting around for them.

Ryan came out to fix our leaky faucet and in the course of this he was very helpful about our hot water issues. I scheduled for them to come out and replace our aging 50 gallon water heater with a new 65 gallon one. Sure you can get cheaper ones at home depot but the quality of the equipment and the professionalism of the install was worth the extra money.

I approved the work. When they started pulling pipes out of there, it was really bad. They had done exactly what they needed to do. Everything is working really well now. The price was pretty spot-on, and maybe, they were a little generous for what they were asking for. I was really happy with the work since then. They did good work, thorough, and listened to me because I had some home plumbing experience. So, they listened to me. They took my input, worked together, and started everything out. It was positive.

They believe my water problem is in the shower and it is running into the bedroom next to it and into the bedroom closet. T thought the water was coming in from outside the foundation but after thinking about what they said, think they are right. It will be a less expensive and quot;fixand quot; if they are right. Now I need the name of folks in Oak Harbor that might seal the bathroom with a waterproof calk.

I first called them because I saw them on Angie's list and they were
close by. Several days went by without hearing anything, so I called
again, and was able to talk with Scotty. He came to my house the next
day to estimate the job, and scheduled it for a few days later. His
people arrived about an hour later than he had told me, but they were
very professional and did an excellent job. They drained and removed
the old heater, capped the vent connection, drilled a new vent hole in
the ceiling for the tankless heater, installed it, purged the pipes, and
turned it on. Works perfectly! It took about 4 hours total.
