The provider did not meet deadlines from the builder.  There was a lack of attention to detail with regard to the radius's noted for use for the countertops.  On the tile installation, the company used a different grout manufacturer and color than was chosen.  The grout was of uneven color.  The tile installation was substandard, causing rework and construction delays.  Excessive grout was left in corner areas, and on metal trim.  Grout splatters had to be removed from pebbled shower floors. The provider took every bit of left over tile from the property, not leaving any spare.
