met the owner of Merrill's February of 2017 when I was forced to move from my apartment because rent went from $650 a month to $1065! Merrill's was referred to me by a friend, and I will honestly be eternally grateful. This is why...And, if you don't want to read a long review, I'll tell you up front, he is the kindest, most compassionate, understanding, caring, gracious man you will ever meet, does a fantastic job, and is working for the client more than for the money. That being said, the first job he did for me only cost me $80 (in 2017). I needed someone to spray for fleas, not that I had any, but it was in the contract, and he not only called someone for me, but that man didn't charge me anything! I'm old and I am on a fixed income. This time, after the sewer line backed up into my bathroom, he not only came out 3 times, because the sewage would not stop coming in, but he called a man he knew, because the owner of the duplexes was doing nothing, got him to come over on no notice, and got the problem solved! No one else I've ever met would have done as much as he has done for me. He was caught in traffic when he was called to come here, and still came! He came back the next morning, and later that day. He was truly concerned for me in this situation, and he didn't leave until it was resolved. So, if you ever need someone to clean carpets, or clean up a watery mess in your home, please do yourself a favor and call this man's company. Thank you Merrill's!

Amazing work! They came in like the Normandy invasion and tackled the project with concern for all our furniture and removed some very tough pet stains. We were very impressed.

They're awesome. They do a good job, their prices are fair, they're on time, they're honest and they report to me if they have a problem with the job. The service price varies depending on the areas they clean, but I find the rates extremely reasonable. They use special chemicals or coatings when required.
