 + -1 moreDuring the first snow storm / freeze of the winter, my furnace suddenly stopped working. It was a Friday and I called the company because they offered 24 / 7 emergency service. Unfortunately, the repairman was unable to come on Friday due to a number of other "no heat" service calls, but he was there bright and early on Saturday morning. He quickly assessed the situation (a frozen drain pipe) and was able to make a temporary fix in order to restore heat so I could leave town for the Christmas holiday without fear of my pipes bursting! After I returned to town I called the company and they came right out (same repairman) and completed the job. The entire repair, including two service calls (one an emergency call) costs less than $100! The repairman was knowledgable, courteous, and prompt. I will be using this company in the future and highly recommend their service!
Description of Work: The furnace drain pipe (which drains to the outside) froze, allowing water to back up into the furnace preventing it from "kicking on" and heating the house. The repairman cut the pipe inside the house, allowing it to drain and the furnace to operate normally. He attached a compression fitting on the pipe so we could drain the line in case the pipe froze again.
