They serviced a broker for other companies. They probably could have made the material's cost less, but the hassle of having to deal with two entities really wasn't quite worth it so I'm not going to use Home Depot, the broker-contractor work anymore. They were a little bit overly eager, but they still didn't make it a pleasant experience. I wasn't pleased at all.

Terrible.  I was replacing appliances in a rental unit and had a tenant with a move in date. The existing appliances were removed. I waited to meet the delivery truck from Home Depot. He brought in only one of the 3 scheduled for delivery. Home Depot never notified me of the 2 week delay on the other 2 appliances. With a tenant moving in that afternoon I had to scramble to find another vendor to provide the appliances that day and, since their installers were already fully booked that day, a company to install the replacement appliances. Called customer service. No apology or other of anything to make up for problem. Was told to call the manufacturer of the appliance since they are the ones that caused the delay. I feel that since all my contacts were with Home Depot it was up to them to notify me in advance of the problem. The transaction ended up costing me more money and a very stressful day.
Would not use Home Depot again for items to be delivered, only for in store purchases.

It was pretty good. We ordered a toilet which arrived broken which we then had no problem returning in, that had to be reordered. But there is never a problem returning anything to them, they are very good about that.

Home Depot has been wonderful. They are fantastic. They've been very courteous. They are always smiling. You can tell they're glad to have a job and I think they get paid pretty decent. They seem happy. Because we are on an island, the price might be a little higher but I think everything is a little higher so comparably speaking, I suppose it's fair. They have good quality.
