They provided very quick service when we had time constraints. The job was very well done. they cleaned up nicely. The insert works very well and they answered all our questions at the time of installation and later. We couldn't be more satisfied and we would recommend them to others.

They came to our home to discuss the job and show us available units,
scheduled a time for installation, showed up right at the time requested
and completed the installation in 1/2 a day. They returned after the
inspection, completed the startup and explained how to use it. We could
not be happier with the job done and the price was very competitive. They were very professional and careful to not damage carpets, etc. They installation looks very nice.

Debi, an owner with her husband, was very knowledgable and helped me to understand how technology has changed in the wood-burning world (I grew up with open fireplaces). I had to be out of town when the insert installation was scheduled and arranged to have my door opened by my neighbors. When I returned in the evening I found what I consider to be a magical thing where my open fireplace used to be. No mess, no sign that anyone had ever been there, other than the insert itself. If you prefer quality, professionalism and courtesy, this business is for you!

I stayed up most of the evening admiring the warmest addition to my home. It works great and, combined with an imminent full-house window replacement, I expect I will be having to crack windows to keep myself reasonably cool. Thanks, Debi!
