Kenneth Hancock

I had an old pergola that was basically an eyesore. I was looking for someone who would take it apart, so I could reuse the 2 x 6s and 4 x 4s, to build some raised garden beds. Kenny did a great job and he took care not to damage the surface of my newly painted deck.

He did a great job. There was a damage in the window and he replaced it. He's a good communicator, creative at problem solving, and did a good quality timely work.

Great! Kenny is a very creative thinker, coming up with solutions I would never have thought of. He communicates well and is open to input and suggestions. Bathroom, kitchen floor, shelving, cabinet installation, back porch remodel, stair drawers, another bathroom, garage door, decks, flagstone, shed, repair sewer pipe, garage electrical and walls, front gate and other odds and ends.

Kenny did a fine job. A couple of the doors were tricky as we didn't put in new doorframes but Kenny showed us the problem with them and gave us choices and his advice as to what the best thing to do would be. And some of the doors fit perfectly. He also fixed a few little odds and ends. I'd hire him more frequently, but he only works in a four-hour block minimum.

Upon buying my condo I knew I wanted a couple of changes to the interior. I had a general idea of what I wanted done and was lucky enough to find Mr. Hancock who made everything a reality. I wanted a wall constructed that would divide the living room from the dining and I have to say that Mr. Hancock exceeded my expectations. The wall is seamless and you could never tell that it wasn't an original part of the house. To this day I still look at it in awe. Not only that but he also made and installed shelving in all the closets, installed lighting fixtures and painted the whole place. He was very good about the time frame since I was moving states and needed to move in upon arrival. He finished the incredible work based off my move in date and even cleaned up all the dust and debris from the installation. A thing I also liked was that he sent progress photos throughout the building of the wall and painting since I was out of state. I was very lucky to find such an incredibly talented contractor and I would 100% Hire him again for any work I need and would recommend him to any.
