We are very pleased with Four Seasons. We got a detailed description of the work to be done with the bid as well as a description of what they might find based on the age and condition of the roof. The workers were on time, polite, and as quiet as one can be working on a roof! The price was reasonable . This is our second experience with Four Seasons. Two years ago we had our lower roof replaced and based on our good experience then, employed them again this time.

Steve did a great job estimating and managing the job and the team was very good and very clean in their work. Communication was also very good.

Working with Jay was great. He was prompt with his call backs and visit for the estimate. My schedule is difficult to work with and he was flexible and worked with us. At the time of services the crew was prompt and professional. The crew was pleasant and we enjoyed having them onboard as they were on the roof the whole time but we enjoyed visiting with them. Jay's crew replaced our roof and brought it back up to code. The roof looks great.

Four seasons roofing were on time to give the estimate ( something is consider very important) The estimate was detailed and accurate.  Since the amount of sheeting to be replaced was unknown at that time I was informed of the cost per sheet for replacement.  They arrived on time and coordinated all work to be done and kept me informed as the job progressed. Since we had to deal with rain and some bad weather they only removed as much old roofing as could be replaced on that day.  My neighbors complemented the work being done and wanted their names and cards. At the end of each work day they cleaned the entire area of debris and nails.  They were friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and their profession.  I would recommend them to anyone for jobs both big or small.

From the very beginning Jay has made this a painless experience.
We originally pick out a lighter colored tile for our roof. Jay took the time
explain why we might was to go with a darker color. I have been looking at
lighter colored roofs since that meeting and all the reasons Jay gave are true.
He took the time all along the way to make sure we understood what was happing.
As I said above they replace the flashing around one of the chimneys. Actually
during the installation Jay discover that the flashing around chimney need
replacing and even thought it wasn't part of the original estimate he took care
of it at no extra charge.
They started on a Saturday with the tear off. We were not home during this
process. However, when we returned they were gone for the day and except for
old roof being gone and the water lock underlayment on the roof in its place, you
would have never knew they were here.  
To say I was please with the work and service Four Season provided would be an
understatement. I will be recommending Four Seasons to anyone who asked me were
who I got to replace my roof.

Oh one last thing Four Season did the job for $1300 less than the next closest estamate.

This is a small family business.  Husband, wife and son have an excellent working relationship, and are very professional and honest.  They cleaned up the area around the house every day and worked a busy eight or nine hour day.  In writing, they guaranteed their own workmanship for five years.  From start to finish we were pleased with all of our dealings with this company and would hire them again.  They are a real gem in our community.
