Ty Olson is an excellent craftsman. We have hired him many times in the past 10 years. Most jobs were interior molding projects relating to the hardwood flooring work we do. Ty has also done repairs on my home. The latest being removing/replacing cedar shake siding & flashing to repair a serious water leak. Ty is on-time, on-budget, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Ty's repair of the pocket door was welcome because that door had been repaired by others two times previously (but the and quot;Fixand quot; hadn't stayed). Ty's repair on the pocket door appears to be permanent (it's been over a year and it's still working smoothly).
Ty also was very good about showing up when he said he would; and he cleaned up his worksite nicely, every time.

Ty came in and did an entire days worth of work at our house that my husband and I just couldn't get to. He was fantastic. Nothing we asked him to do was too big or too small and his work was top notch. He showed up on time and stayed until everything on my to do list was checked off. He fixed a drywall issue, fixed a sliding door, fixed a sink issue etc. I am thankful for his services and he is very reasonable with his pricing. I highly recommend Ty.

We've used Ty on numerous occasions and he's fantastic. He's installed doors for us, created new ones, done touch up work, painting and trim. All jobs were carefully done and we have been very happy with all the final products.

ty's hourly price was good. he showed up on time. he got right to work. ty was knowledgeable about everything. we have such confidence in him that we are having him tackle a complete bathroom re-do next.

Called Ty and he was able to stop by next day. Looked at spot and determined he could fix. Came next to day patch, then about a week later to spackle and retexture. Excellent job!

I had some drywall repairs that needed to be done so I called Ty. He responded the same day and we made arrangements to have the work done. His performance was outstanding, on time and, within budget. Like it is everytime!!

He has done a lot of work for me. He has done some deck staining and blinds for me. He has done whatever I needed him to do. His prices are fair. He has been always on time. I will definitely use him in the future.

Ty did work for me on drywall, and then again on another visit on tile. He's great at drywall finishing, and his attention to detail is fantastic. However, the tile job turned out just OK, and I felt that I had to monitor it the entire time -- some of the tiles were not layed terribly flat, and I had to point out the correct way to use the spacers. I would definitely hire him to do drywall in the future, especially if you are really particular -- he does a great job. I think he needs more experience with tile. He is very meticulous, and cleans up after himself after every job. All in all, a good vendor to work with.

Love Ty! Have hired him for a variety of projects over the years...small or large he always makes time and does a great job. We have about 3000 sq. ft of ironwoods ipe decking with a railing that I, unfortunately, put the wrong stain on the previous year. Hired Ty to strip and re-stain properly. He had to strip the old stain off(ipe's very challenging), sand, pressure wash, apply acetone, then stain(this was a couple week job). While using chemicals, he was always careful about fully rinsing where it washed off so as not to have it hurt my dogs paws when they walked out later, that's Ty. Did an amazing job as always, decks are beautiful. Always gives a great deal and does a fantastic job. Have also had him create/install custom shelves, hang blinds, cabinets, repair walls, paint, fix/reinstall light fixtures, etc. First time I ever called Ty we were moving into our remodeled house the next day, and the general contractor had screwed up the custom closet shelving for all of our closets, said "sorry you're on your own", no shelves or rods. Called Ty and he worked day and night to create, stain and install beautiful custom pine shelving in all 3 closets for me even though it was a weekend-what a lifesaver. He always takes pride in his work and does a great job. Highly recommend.
