She was timely with her appointments, analysis was accurate.  The folks she contracted with for pictures and staging were also very good.  We did our part to make sure the home was ready to go to market and she did the rest.

She sold our home within weeks of getting the listing.  Now she has been our agent to purchase a home.  THIS has not been an easy task.  She is very professional and honest.  She is a great negotiator and knows the area.  She can tell you flood zones even if the seller doesn't list it that way.  She is sincere and cares about your needs.  You don't feel like just another client.  She makes you feel like you are her ONLY client.  The deal she is doing for us now is very stressful and not because of her but because of the seller.  She has stood up for us and her expertise is invaluable. She does everything to protect your investment and thinks of things you never thought of.  HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and do just that.
