Tim did a great job. Most of the work involved repairing age/weather-related damage so there was a fair amount of exploratory work to determine the extent of rot/deterioration. He is conscientious and tries to keep the bottom line in mind. However, he can get distracted and also can talk a lot, so you have to know how to refocus him so he can get the work done. He also rarely showed up before 10 AM and rarely stayed past 4 PM, which dragged out the number of days the project took. Despite these issues, he is trustworthy and does quality work, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a general contractor in the Sno Valley area.

It turned out beautifully. They are detailed, everything looks good when he is done, and he cleans up after himself. He is great and I haven?t had anyone better do work for me. I?m sure he is competitive with pricing. He had done everything exquisitely but he isn?t very responsive. He serves people in the order they contact him so there is a little list and he shows up when he is done with the other people. He always shows up when he says he is going to show up, he is very professional, but he likes to talk a lot.
