Tim does quality work and has a keen eye for potential problem areas that need to be addressed. In this case, we just bought the house for a rental and had Tim come in to check the electrical and put in C02 smoke detectors. Once he got started we realized that the two bathrooms and all three bedrooms had been placed on the same circuit breaker. Also, the center post support separating the 2 garage doors was rotted out due to water build up and was loose (no support). Tim fixed all of these issues.
The original 2 day work bid went to 4 but only due to the problems he uncovered. These were serious problems that he fully addressed and remedied.
Tim is our general contractor of record for all of our rental properties and private residence.
