After working with the association staff, Rainier Asphalt described the closures, the heat and smell (there was none), parking, curing time and other precautions. The homeowners of the Association were prepared for the procedures and ensured all cars were parked elsewhere close to the complex ensuring security of the cars. The crew arrived on time, surveyed the complex, determined the plan of asphalt sealing, and immediately got to work. The work was hard, dirty, and the crew was very efficient and worked together as a team. No one stood around watching each other; each knew what needed to be done and jumped in and assisted each other. It was actually entertaining watching the way the crew worked so closely with each member. The main sealing was completed in one day, with follow-on crew to finish the seal and paint the yellow markings. The left no trace of trash, but left our complex looking brand new. It was a great job. Accolades to Tom Merry, the owner, and his crew. I highly recommend Rainier Asphalt for any asphalt sealing project.
