The best I can say about him was that he was a nice guy, and we felt that he tried. However, he was clearly inexperienced in this type of job, and didn't clearly state that from the beginning. The original timeline was for 3-4 weeks, working weekends only. The job ended up taking more than 3 months, mostly due to his inexperience, and making mistakes. His attendance was terrible, almost never arriving when he said he would, and always staying late. He seemed to have a lot of things going on, and our job was a low priority. In the end, the bathroom looks good, not great, but we were happy to see him finally finish.
