They called before they arrived, had the tree cut down in about 15 minutes, and ground the stump in another 15 minutes or so. Then they cleaned up the area. It was amazing!

Jason and Cathy's crew were fantastic--professional, safe, efficient, and friendly. Their bid was fair, they helped with our insurance claim, and they seemed very knowledgeable and concerned about the overall health of our trees. They were very responsive, came out to bid quickly, and did the job within a week.

Jason and his crew were on time and made quick work of the tree removal. I was surprised at how quickly they took down and disposed of a 60 foot tree close to the house. They were in and out in two hours including stump grinding and clean up.

Work entailed limbing, trimming or just removing trees and shrubs, chipping and hauling the debris, grinding leftover stumps. Dealings with company owners and their work crew professional, easy and pleasant. No problems, no issues from start to finish. Liked the results. Expect to have JB Tree Service back to address another badly overgrown portion of the property.

We wanted to thin out some trees to lighten up the backyard and maintenance and pruning on others
Cathy from JB came out, walk the whole yard and listened to what we wanted.
And she gave clear advise on the best way to do some things and what we needed to do to get a permit.
We though it over and ask JB to do it.
The work was done on schedule, cleanly done, absolutely no problems.
We asked them to leave the shredded branches for us to spread in the garden areas.  Even the grinding was great,
It's great when stuff turns out so well.

They did a very good job. The bid was clear and thoughtful. The work was done very well, as was clean up.
The small trees were crammed into tight spots so they easily could have damaged my neighbor's fence or drive but they didn't.

I had called another provided and received a lower bid - however when I called JB Tree, Cathy came and gave a bid that was higher than the other provider. I decided to go with JB Tree because Cathy asked questions that I realized were important such as where is our leach field, etc. They also explained that they took care of power being disconnected, etc. Was just the little stuff she asked that made me realize the other provider did not even address. JB Tree also has a contractor number and takes care of their employees vs the other guy I realized if something went wrong, I would be responsible.

Jason, Cathy and the whole crew were very professional, friendly, easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. Jason also took out a couple extra smaller trees and grinded stumps that just needed to be done. Not only would I recommend them, I would use them again if needed. They were worth extra dollars!

Crew arrived on time and completed job as promised. Excellent cleanup.

Both Cathy and Jasen arrived with their crew within the 30 minute window.  They got to work immediately - the job took about 2.5 hours.  All wore hard hats and Matt, who was the one cutting the branches, used safety equipment every step of the way.  Branches were lowered by rope into my yard, then dragged out to the chipper in the driveway. 
While it had been in the plan to trim some of the flowering plum branches overhanding my yard, Cathy advised me to leave it alone, as just trimming a couple of branches wasn't going to do much for me and my shade problem.
Just a few days ago I noticed a lengthwise crack in one of the branches of my redbud tree.  Cathy looked at it and removed the branch - no charge.  
After all the sawing and chipping was completed, the driveway, street area, and neighbors deck were cleaned off.
I definitely will use this tree service again in the future.

Did what they said, left area clean. Ground up/chipped all tree debris, put chips where directed. Got name from Angie, called, he was out within a day or two. Very prompt, professional. Also knows the area where I live, which helps. Crew of four-him, two guys and his wife. Quick, efficient, highly recommend. And the price was fair.

Made contact with owner Jasen - got scheduled on short notice, and was very pleased with service provided. I had planned a weekend trip to work at our WA rental house, but another contractor (who'd been recommended) didn't return calls and emails. Jasen looked at the property and provided a reasonable quote the same day I called. In addition to the 2 areas discussed on the phone , they suggested and performed a few useful cuts to other trees on the property (without adding to the price), and worked right alongside with me. Not only did they clean up all their cuttings, they were willing to put my clippings from the previous day through the shredder. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!
My only small issue was that they showed up at least an hour EARLIER than I expected them, and that the most important part of the work that I had wanted to oversee was alreay done by the time I arrived. Jasen reassured me that the somewhat  drastic cuts on our cypress hedge would not disappoint me in the long run, and that the now bare branch stumps would fill in with new green  soon. Time will tell!

After my initial call for a quote the job was scheduled for one week later. The crew arrived on time and was supervised by the owner, Jasen Braun, who was working on site the entire time. The tree downings, stump grindings, branch removals, and removal of half the large tree rounds which were unwanted all were completed the same day. The crew was professional and respectful of our property and our neighbors' adjoining property.The $1500 portion of the cost that was for three tree removals was about 50% of what I had recently paid a large tree care company for comparable work.

They were on time, everything was perfect with them and they gave me a really reasonable quote. They came and did their business and charged me what they said, I'm happy with them. They charged about $225 I think he said an hour depending on the job. They were friendly when I talked to them but the minute they got here, they started working half-way through, they had to run and get in their truck because it started hailing but as soon as it was over, they went back to work. They were out close to 2 hours because of the hail, they chipped, the cleaned up, and they left everything looking better than it did. They did some extra pruning and stuff while they were here but mainly they were here for my tree that fell over. They called me right back when I made an inquiry, they were here the next day for a quote, it was a Friday and I asked them for the weekend and I called them on Saturday and they were here on Tuesday and did the work and we're done. I really like them and we will use them again. I have no experience to compare it myself but I talk to a couple of people who said that some of this jobs could cost $700 or $800. I feel like I was treated fairly and they had 3 people working and I thought that the price was fair. They made a big mess and then they cleaned it up and it looked like they'd never been here and the tree hadn't fallen down, it was all perfect. I was extremely satisfied with everything they did.
