Alpine Water Heaters

Mike is awesome! We hired him to install a new water heater to fix an issue we were having with our plumbing, and when the new installation didn't fix the original issue, he made it a priority to address is quickly without additional payment. I think that's fantastic example of great customer service, and will be hiring Mike for any plumbing needs in the future.

Mike was great - he came out same-day on a late Friday afternoon to replace the piping that connected to our backflow valve. He was a great sport even after having to dig through our VERY rocky and rooty yard on a hot day to get to the pipe. If he hadnâ t come, we wouldnâ t have had water for several days. His rate was extremely reasonable, and we felt like we got a great deal on his services. Weâ ll be calling him next time we need plumbing services, and weâ ve already recommended him to several neighbors.

Insanely expensive. Toilets needed fixing from running and he rebuilt two of them for $1000. Could have bought new toilets instead.

I called Michael to get info on a new water heater. The big box store stumbled around for 2 days and were several hundred dollars more. Mike was honest and friendly even came late and did the job four hours after our conversation.

Mike was very professional and experienced. He answered all phone communications quicky and without delay. He helped us switch our tankless water heater to a regular water tank heater. Before he came he told us what to expect and reassured us that the switch would be seamless. His original quote was overestimated so it was a nice surprise when we got our total bill. He even spent extra time on the job because we had a unusual situation with our original plumbing in our old house that he helped troubleshoot and offered solutions to correct.
