Mr. Brooks made an appointment to review items to be moved. He arrived on time. Mr. Brooks informed me of Washington State’s legal requirements for moving companies and left with me brochures required by the State. Once I selected Mr. Brooks for the move and scheduled a date, the team (three men and a large truck) arrived on time and fully equipped with furnishing pads, dollies, etc. The move was accomplished in less time than estimated and under the cost estimated, even though the men had to move furniture from a second floor and dolly all delivered furnishings and personal effects into new home due to recently installed concrete (truck could not drive on it due to risk of cracking). Furnishings were well padded and there was no damage due to the move. The crew was polite, focused and methodical in their tasks and the truck was loaded without incident. I was constantly involved with the location and orientation of delivered furnishings. I reviewed three other local movers and selected Sean Brooks due to his professionalism and reputation in the community. I would use him again if needed and I recommend him to my friends.
