CASCADING CREATIONS

We had contacted Cascading Creations through their website asking for a bid to level our yard and Monte was very responsive initially and came out to give us a bid within a few days of us contacting him. Our job was not a big one and would have only cost about $360. After that initial bid, we emailed him letting him know we would like to get started. He responded saying that he needed it to not rain for a few days before doing to the job to ensure that the ground would stay level. This is when Spokane was hit with a very rainy spring and it was several months before we had multiple days without rain. Once the weather had cleared up, my husband contacted Monte via phone and left several messages. I also reachout via their website and email and we received no response back from anyone at the company. We could only assume that our job was too small for them to consider it important. It would have been nice for them to respond somehow. We started out being very impressed with Monte and the company from the bid they provided us but were let down by their overall unresponsiveness. We ended up spending twice as much with another company that called us back and completed the job. It is unfortunate because I was looking forward to having their company complete our work.
