From start to finish, one house took 1 1/2 years of Jim returning 8- 10 times at least, to do parts of the system as we built, added, and changed rooms around, Jim always came back when other HVAC guys would not think it was worth their while monetarily. We called him at each stage of the interior rebuilding and he would do another section. Jim understands the passion I have for old homes and getting them back to their glory days instead of letting them fall into horrible run down rental properties. From start to finish Jim Olsen is part of the whole. He is there helping with logistics from start to end and he will come back to fine tune the system after the home is completed. He is a gentleman about his billing , I also give him extra because you can't buy loyalty and pride of craftsmanship, I appreciate a job well done.
