I highly recommend Small Engine Rehab & Repair. They are knowledgeable, fast and very reasonably priced. They provide and stand by their full season guarantee. They epitomize old fashioned customer service and after 20 years in retail management, I know good customer service when I find it. I called on a Friday and my mower was ready on Monday afternoon. Doug took into consideration a special circumstance I had and worked with me to ensure that Small Engine Rehab & Repair was able to service my mower. Ricky, the mechanic, was knowledgeable and so polite. He showed me some tips and mower upkeep basics. I am very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend Small Engine Rehab & Repair.

Doug picked up and delivered and kept me posted on what needed to be done. Very reasonable price. My lawn was thick and deep with all the rain we had and it performed like brand new!

My 10 year old mower stopped running. I was about to spend $400.00 on a new one. Then I thought maybe Angie could recommend a good repair shop. A perfect experience! I contacted Doug and he was out to my home a couple of days later to pick up the mower. He repaired and returned it the next day. The thing runs and performs like the day I bought it. He is truly amazing, so professional, considerate of my needs and was willing to help any way he could. He was very reasonable on repair charges. I have experienced many repair shops over the years, nothing compares with Doug's operation. It's hard to believe in this age of poor service and overpriced services there remains someone like Doug. He has my business! He is so good that I am willing to pay his time and travel to work on the mowers at our summer home in Montana. Well worth it!

This whole situation could have been a bit stressful for me because tractors are not a small investment and I wasn't expecting to get the bad news that my current tractor was no longer viable and that I should probably sell it for parts. He made the transition so easy and offered great advice on what to do and what not to buy. His diagnosis was real quick. His prices are also reasonable. He always answered his phone. It was a great experience. You just don't get the kind of service he offers any where else.

Doug is wonderful! He jumps into his work and gets the job done. I have an ancient riding mower and he found a battery for it. He made two trips out to see me and get it running perfect. Nice man and so careful to make everything right. Highly recommend him for any small engine repair. Price is super reasonable and he comes to you. That's a great bonus to me. He knows his business and try's to save money for his customers.

After diagnostic work was completed, Doug found that it would take a special, tool that he did not have, to complete the repair. Doug referred me to another repair shop, and a specific person in that shop that he knew to have the tool required. I was impressed by Doug's honesty and the fact that he did not charge me for disassembly and diagnosis. I will definitely use his services in the future!!

Our lawn mower started performing poorly including emitting smoke.
I called this business in hopes that it might be able to tune up the mower in the next few days. We called and left a message. They returned our call promptly. My husband took the mower there and left it for a few hours until we got a call that it was ready.
The owner was quite knowledgeable, performed the work promptly, and called us back right away.

Small Engine Rehab & Repair was fine. I think they came out within a couple of days. I thought the price was reasonable. He was prompt, polite and had it done within a day's time. They were great. They did a good job.
