Trillion Home Inspections & Pest Inspections

We contracted Trillion Inspections at the recommendation of our Coldwell Banker Bain realtor when we purchased our house back in 2007. At that time, all seemed great with the house according to the inspection report. Now, fast forward to August 2016 when we are trying to sell our house. We were surprised to learn that the inspector completely missed major electrical issues that we are now having to address. These issues existed when we originally bought the house back in 2007 – and they were not caused by differences in building codes. These are major issues that were not covered in the report because the inspector did not thoroughly inspect our house. Buyers should protect themselves and hire a more competent and thorough inspector. I would not recommend them. It's now costing me serious money to fix. Had we had a thorough inspection back in 2007 and had the inspector flagged these electrical issues, we would have negotiated to have them fixed by the seller at that time.

FANTASTIC! We used him twice this month. He came out to do a pre-inspection on an older home that we sadly lost the bidding war to. Then, he came out and did the inspection on a new construction home that we won! He'll walk you through EVERYTHING giving you tips and tricks and tons of useful information on how to take care of your new home and get things squared away. We HIGHLY recommend.
