Bid was fair and quality of the work appears high although we have not gone through a rainy season yet. Owner explained the work and options for repair well. Communication on job status could have been a bit better and the job clean-up by a worker was incomplete. Overall, we are satisfied with project.

They did an excellent job. They cleaned off the chimney and stuccoed over the brick, painted it to match the house, and put a metal cap on to keep water out. It provided a great, updated look.

The job was started September 21st, but after 2-3 days, it started to rain. No work was done during the time it rained. Workers y were very careful to not damage the landscape and kept debris from blowing or falling into the fish pond and cleaned up site when the job was finished. They were very conscious and hard working. They worked long hours the last day to complete the job before a new weather system came in.
