We found them through one of the home shows and they were one of the biggest presenters there. We had flooding two years ago but with all that work completed, when it rained this year, we had no flooding problems. So they took care of everything to eradicate the problem. They also gave us a step in the right direction to a really nice backyard.

They are really professional and prompt in getting back with me. I had to make some design changes as we were progressing in the project which reflected a change in the cost and they were very fair about that. I will use them again in the future.

The design of the deck was very good but the performance was very poor. Contractor was not on time, and often did not show up for long periods of time. Job site was not cleaned up daily, or at all. Project started July 2006, in June 2007 we received a letter terminating the contract with work left undone. The 'top soil' was in large part clay with lots of rocks which we had to amend before the soil was suitable for planting. Contractor was advised of location of buried electrical service. We were told that that area would be excavated by hand. Subsequently contractor used machinery and damaged electrical service. Immediately after the incident contractor verbally agreed to pay for parts to repair damage; never happened.
