Excellent service all the way around.

We've used Alberta several times now. Every interaction has been positive/impressive. They are responsive, honest and direct about what is and isn't needed, and took time to educate me about my system when they were out for an emergency troubleshoot call. Also, very fairly/competitively priced. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Pete and Ryan came prepared with diagrams that they got online and located tank, found the lids and dug them out before pumping the septic tank and the pump tank.  It took them about 1.5 hours and they did an excellent, professional job.
I had a diagram which showed two septic tanks but Pete told me that I had only one tank and a pump tank.  He showed me the diagrams that he had gotten online and showed me the locations that were indicated; very different from my diagram.  He located the lids in about five minutes and Ryan dug them out and uncovered the tanks.  Pumping took about half an hour.
Pete showed me that both the toilet from my guest house and the toilet from my main house both drained to the septic tank that he had located and that the pump had an alarm that was installed but not connected.  Great to know.
I was very pleased with the service and the professional and friendly manner that Pete treated me.  He notified me of when he would arrive via email.  I highly recommend this service.

Pete was very professional, even emailed the day before to say he would be closer to 12:00pm arrival when he had coordinated between 10:00am-12:00pm.  Very happy with the work done and they put our sod back, you can hardly tell they were there.  Thanks Pete!

Pete has been pumping and inspecting our Septic System since we moved into the house in 1990.  He is wonderful.  We had an issue this time, and he made a special trip out to pump our septic system and advise of the next steps to have our septic repaired.  His advice was perfect.  As long as we have a Septic System, he is the guy we will always call to have it cleaned out.

They did a really good job and also discovered a spare tank we didn't know we had for 11 years. They were obviously pretty thorough because no one had discovered it.

We called 2 septic companies leaving messages and quot;minor emergency, phone number, address, and the prior property owners nameand quot;. Pete called us back in 12 minutes, asked questions about our problem, and personally came out to our rural acreage within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the clogged septic filters, and showed us how to clean them. The and quot;other companyand quot; we called got back to us 3 hours after we left our message. By that time Pete and my husband were almost finished cleaning the septic filters.

Considering we had a bucket in a bathroom for use as a temporary toilet, and were avoiding using any water drains, we want to rate the and quot;Approximate Cost of Serviceand quot; as PRICELESS.

Great communication prior to the appointment. Showed up as scheduled and Pete was personable, knowledgable, straight forward and efficient. He even gave us a tip about what laundry soap to avoid to save the life of our drain field.

I have only used Alberta Septic Systems for my house (over 15 years) and they will continue to be the only service I use. Pete Couty is the greatest - he is straight forward - tells you exactly what the problem is, and what needs to happen to get it fixed. His prices are always great and the service is even better. This time around he solved my drain field problem in just a few short days at a more than reasonable price. This is a long time family business with a great reputation. You would be making a mistake if you did not give them a call before settling with somebody else.
