I was very impressed with Mr. Turner. When I made the appointment I asked if he would be willing to talk to my kids about what he was doing (if they were interested) and he was happy to do so. He not only tuned the piano but he was fantastic with my children - he told them all the names of the different parts of the piano, how parts were different on different types of pianos, unusual things he had come across, how pianos go out of tune, and he explained all that he was doing and using. He also went above and beyond in that he adjusted a couple of hammers for no additional charge and he even tightened the bolts on the piano bench. I will absolutely use him as my piano tuner in the future.
