We have them all the time now. They're very good, very reliable and very reasonable.

Except for the bid the service was fine. I was quoted $235 - $255 over the phone based on the size of the house and the number of windows. When the cleaners came they told me the price would be $348 based on the number of panes. Normally, I send people away when they pull these types of stunts, but I was in a time bind and needed them cleaned. The woman on the phone should have been honest with me at the start.

The service personnel arrived as scheduled. We reviewed the layout. The service personnel completed the outside windows including spending time to clean the tracks. I had quite a few windows to wash. The service personnel then came in and completed the inside windows. Replace the screens after completing the job on all the windows. The windows look great.

Excellent company! They wear booties inside and are quick! I recommend them and use them every year.

The guys showed up about 30 minutes late. They had cleaned the windows before. I checked with the lead guy to make sure they were planning to do windows inside and out, skylights and the screens. I had a sick child so I told them they didn't have to do one of the rooms. They didn't remove the screens when they washed the windows so only half the window was washed. They told me they did the skylights but they never brought in a ladder! When I called the lead on the lie he gave me a blank stare. I called the office while the guys were still there and asked her for help because the job was going so horribly wrong. She told me I'd have to hold then she laid the phone down and resumed another conversation, in that conversation with some one else she called me a complaining B and said she'd have to go. When she came back on the line I informed her that she forgot to press hold and I heard everything. She said she was having a personal problem and it was more important. When they gave me the bill I told them the job wasn't finished. The lead got really hostile and intimidating. I paid them just to get them out of my house. I called back and told the same receptionist that I wanted a call back from the manager or the owner. She said and quot;like that's going to happen!and quot; They are the worst!

They sent two men. The job was done extremely quickly, and the windows look very good. But after they left and I was putting the screens back on, I was a surprised to see they didn't wipe down the sashes/casings of our vinyl windows. They are very quick and easy to clean -- and we'd just had our decks redone, so there was dirty sawdust in the window casings. I cleaned them myself with Windex and paper towels when I put the screens back on. If they'd asked for just a bit extra to do this, that would have been okay -- but they didn't mention it and didn't clean the sills.

They arrived later than the 1 1/2 hour window that they had first estimated but were good about calling. Otherwise the windows were sparkling when they left.

We had an excellent experience with Top Notch. I was having a party and needed to get my windows cleaned within the week, the people I used before were completely booked so I decided to try Top Notch, who worked me into their schedule. They came out the next day to do the estimate, then were there at the stated time a couple days later to do the work. The windows were cleaned beautifully, and they had me go around and make sure everything was perfect before they left so they could fix anything, but there was nothing to fix. They charged me the exact amount of the estimate. Also everyone was also very friendly, I will use them every spring now.

They did a great job. I found a few hidden spots they missed so they came back and fixed it with a smile and a great attitude.

They were very professional and punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and pointed out problems that we needed to attend to. The windows have never been cleaner! In fact, we had a problem with a robin who insisted on attacking "his competitor" (we discovered thru a web search was his reflection in the window) for days after. (The bird is ok.)

This company bought our name and others from the guy who cleaned our windows for 20 years. The owner gave me a bid of 70 to do the exterior of the windows only (we used to pay 58 for both inside and out). He sent two young men out to complete the job. They charged me 80 instead of the 70 I was quoted. I paid it but never again. I won't do business with a company that does a bait and switch. The reason I am submitting this review at this late date is because I continue to get solicitations from them even though I told a lady in their office to remove me from their list. Some people don't get it.

They were professional and the quality of work was excellent. They came over in a timely manner. We were pleased with the services they did.

We are a window installation company and had a very fussy customer. The new windows had a film of dirt on them from the factory that we had trouble removing. The customer needed clean windows! I checked on Angie's List and called several companies. TOP NOTCH was pleasant and helpful on the first call, a live person:). They gave me a phone quote and were able to schedule within the week. If there was any lack of quality on this job the homeowner would have called us right away. We are happy and the homeowner is happy. Thank you TOP NOTCH.

I thought that the work was well worth the money. They did a really good job. I would use them again because they did such a great job and they had a lot to clean.

Top Notch will call you in the spring (or whenever you specify) to set up an appointment, which is usually within the week. They do a good job of cleaning windows. They will also do gutters, if you like. They cleaned all of the windows indicated, some both sides, some only outside. Their rates were reasonable.
