Tom's Landscaping & Irrigation

Tom was prompt tp return my initial call & communicated well throughout the project. The crew that showed up was very efficient & knowledgeable. They did a very nice job & cleaned the area when completed.

The work was completed within a month as promised. Tom and his crew did a excellent job in a timely manner. He communicated well regarding changes due to scope of work or site issues. I would high recommend this company for large or complex projects.

Three of the five expensive trees died, but they were replaced after many calls and two of the three replacements have now died. All this despite ample watering. Pruning of junipers resulted in ugly scar that has not grown back despite promise that it would. Two nest spruces were paid for but never planted. Total cost mysteriously reached $3,891 including taxes. However, irrigation continues to work well. Owner was not able to monitor work closely, and Mr. Pham took advantage of the situation to provide overpriced product and shoddy service.

First I will say that I would recommend Tom to anyone. He is very professional, easy to get along with, listens to what you want and then paints your picture. We had Tom come in and remove all our grass, bring in new soil, run irrigation along with sprinkler system and lay new sod. We also asked him to bring in gravel to our side yard and set paver's for my wife's new garden. Tom completed this project a day early plus went above and beyond the project scope with my wife completely excited for the summer. You will be very happy to have Tom come to your house and paint that picture you have for your yard.

Sprinkler install = enough stations to cover the entire yard and flower beds, excellent! Remove old grass and sod = Fresh, beautiful grass that is soft to the touch, super green and looks great. Improve flower beds = I couldn't visualize Tom's recommendations but trusted his experience. He hit a homerun with the modifications to my current flower beds and rock garden. The additional shrubs and trees have been a terrific addition. Remove and replace retaining wall - i now feel safe walking in my yard. Excellent work!

Toms crew were fast curtious and quite professional. They cleaned up the worksite very well. Not all of my concerns were addressed. And when i emailed a video of a drainspout that is overflowing into the yard i get silence. Also the drains they install are definitely not adequate for this climate. Black corrugated perforated pipe mated directly to the downspoutthat spills roof runoff straight on the foundation. The pipe should be schedule 40 pvc minimum 4 foot from the house buried at least 18 inches and then married to a french drain pipe big enough to capture the runoff. Some of the drains are barley 2 inches below and not surrounded in drain rock. The sprinkler system wires were only 4 to 6 inches deep. When i tilled up the back yard to replant my lawn the tiller ripped up the sprinkler line causing a costly replacement. He wire was not per code as it is low voltage it requires metal conduit when buried less than 10 inches. I had to re dig the trench to 18 and replace the whole run. Definitely not worth the 6000 dollars i paid. Be educated know your building codes make sure they comply and be there to watch them. Cut corners are the hardest to fix.

Great! Completed in 2 days, which was a day early and on budget. 5 zones and more heads than I can count. High end Rainbird products WiFi controlled. Water lines were 5 feet down, no extra charge. All areas reseeded, a week later and you can even tell they were here.

We couldn't have been more happy with the service provided by Tom's Landscaping. We made an appointment with Tom for an estimate, and he showed up promptly. He provided a thorough plan and estimate. including a wifi connection to our irrigation system. Tom and his team were here for 2 days, and each evening. prior to leaving, they did a total clean up. We had a great experience with Tom and his team. Tom quickly was able to schedule a time to provide a bid and less than 2 weeks later able to complete the work. He and his team completed the work in less than 2 days and left our lawn and sidewalks in pristine condition even power washing the sidewalk after they completed the work! Tom explained the sprinkler system to me and provided invaluable advice. Reasonably priced and very professional - highly recommend! 5 stars

We can not say enough about the quality and professionalism working with Tom. He and his team are amazing.

He completed the installation in a couple of days. We now have a five zone system that will keep a yard looking great. Because of they great job he did we hired him to redo the landscaping of our front yard. He came up with a design and suggested plants. My wife and I got with Tom and discussed what she would prefer as plantings. We ended up with plants and trees and lightning that makes are front yard pop. We will keep Tom in mind for any additional landscape projects.

Tom and his team did a great job transforming our backyard to an unusable space to a place we can relax and enjoy and entertain friends and family. Tom was able to take some of our ideas and provide guidance and expertise on what would work and what wouldn't. We appreciated that Tom took the time to give us his opinion as there were many items were weren't sure about and needed some advice. Tom finished the project on time and under budget.

Very well. They quickly understood the problems and resolved them and also made some adjustments to make the system work better. They had good communications with the owner.

They were in and out in a day and a half. Everything was completed beyond our expectations!

Perfect! Tom was very professional, and knowledgeable. He listened to what we were wanting and made it happen at a fair price. He not only worked us into his schedule, but was hands on with his crew every step of he way. The result, was a beautifully sodded front yard and irrigation system. They worked diligently and efficiently, kept the area cleaned up every day, kept me informed of what was going on, and created an oasis from a wasteland. Pedro is always more than observant and takes great care tending to the 2 waterfall and fountain waters.

The installation took 2 days and we were thrilled with the outcome. We continued using Tom's services for weekly maintenance. When we sold our home and had a custom home built, Tom was fundamental in helping us create a vision for our landscaping, which included a water feature and installing a sprinkler system. Our business relationship has now spanned over 2 decades. We have been thrilled with the relationship and quality of work. We've become reliant on Tom and his expertise reguarding overall landscaping. Last summer, we did some upgrades which included new outdoor lighting to highlight the landcape as well as provide some mood lighting for focal points around the property. We would recommend Tom's landscape for any and all landscaping needs.

Tom Phan came into our employ for another property that needed an extreme make over. Removal of the wild garden through the property. Then prepare for sale with a clean and manicured look. We now employ Tom Phan to caretake our property. We won an award for Pride thanks to Tom's landscaping ideas and work. Since 2010 we have known this efficient, artistic individual and trust every he makes regarding the property. He installed a sprinkler system in our yard and maintains it. We also have a waterfall he created. The music of the water soothes us while sitting in the patio he also designed. His work and ideas are outstanding and we highly recommend Tom Phan.
