I don't usually like to write negative reviews, but I had such a negative experience with Deby, the owner that I feel compelled to share it. Didn't seem to understand what I wanted. I found her to be very slow to respond to texts and emails and ultra sensitive to constructive feedback. Also her initial rendering was completely inconsistent with what I told her I wanted. So cannot recommend on any level.

They were okay. This company is not a tree company, but gave me a good deal to trim my trees. They do my neighbor's yard and do a nice, quick job on that, but I don't think they do any better than the guy I hire. I don't think trees are their forte. They were pretty quick on my trees and were very nice.

Estimate for service was prompt and professional, clear and easy to understand
Each month we get what was agreed to, when it was agreed to be done, for the agreed to price - that is great service in my opinion!
Also good advice on landscaping and future pruning issues on our fairly-young yard

I have heard a lot of good things about them, but I was not impressed. They were very difficult to get hold of and they seemed not interested in coming out to do this work. I don't know if we were just a small job. When the guy finally did come we were not home, but the work was adequate. It was not great, but it was adequate. I did not care for the fact that they did not get back to me and seemed not to care. I was not impressed with their customer service, at all. The price was okay.

When we first hired them last year to winterize they were great. They came out right away. But, when they came out to turn it back on it took them awhile to come and do that. We had to call them a couple of times. This year he did come out and winterize it on schedule. He is suppose to be giving us an estimate to re due our front yard, which was requested last summer and he still hasn't gotten around to getting that to us.

The Grounds Professionals have taken care of my yard year around and I don't see that stopping anytime soon, there service is fantastic and employees are knowledgeable.

From the beginning of the re-landscape process they were knowledgable and helpful. We had multiple bids done and they came right in the middle, there work was well worth the price and result. The Grounds Professionals were available for questions and comments through out the entire process, they made me feel confident about the work that was going to be done. The end result is commented, and complimented on by employees and customers frequently.

They started out great, but during the last 18 months I had to be on them about everything. Once the billing sheet showed a lawn mowing - on that day they just stopped, looked at the lawn and left, never getting out of the truck! I am not the only one in the neighborhood who has fired them. I can't recall the lawn being fertilized much in the four years the lawn was in their care, it looks as bad as the 20 year old lawn I replaced. He spilled several gallons of gas and never told me - I was dizzy because the fumes wafted into the house. He just left and never cleaned it up! They whacked one of my ornamental grass shrubs and left the other one alone which really looked silly. When asking for a bid for a substantial landscaping job for our back yard, the owner (who never took notes) got back to me a couple of months later and asked what it was that I had wanted done! This would have been a several thousand dollar job.

I FIND THE GROUNDS PROFESSIONALS PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL VALUE FOR THE SIZE OF MY YARD. THE STAFF ARE INDEED PROFESSIONAL, AND THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS ARE ALWAYS BEST VALUE FOR MY MONEY.
