We took advantage of an Angies List Big Deal and they gave us more than we'd expected for our money. They were fair, ethical and extremely clean and courteous. They gave us great advice and made a beautiful deck. Would highly recommend them.

We get lot of bids for project.  No one have good price.  Nick give us good price so we sign on first visit.  We very happy with work done.  Window look nice and patio are is good for big family.  We really like good price and so we like a Seahawk.  All other price crazy.

We saw a "Big Deal" on Angies list from Seahawk Remodeling.  We called them up & Clinton made an appointment with us & came out the next day.  He explained in detail everything they could/would do, along with all of our options.  We felt the price was fair, & opted to have them do the work.  They showed up on time & both Mark & Levi were extremely friendly, professional, competent, & even quiet.  They kept us informed as to what they were doing each day & what we could expect, & when it would be finished.  We were completely satisfied with the whole project, & really can't say enough about  Mark & Levi.  Great job you guys!!

When we saw a door hanger that said Seahawk Remodeling on it we were instantly intrigued because we are huge football fans. We went ahead and gave them a call and talked to Cameron over the phone. We told him the project that we had in mind that we wanted to get done before summer was here. Cameron was very knowledgable and gave us some real ideas to think about before he came out and talked to my wife and I. We were a little nervous because we new that it wasn't going to be cheap. We wanted a screen room added onto our back porch so we can enjoy it not only in the summer time but in the spring and winter as well.
When Cameron came out and met with us I don't even think we talked about the screen room for a whole 30 minutes because him and my husband woudn't stop talking about how excited they are for the Seahawks football team next year. :)
We sat down at the table and he showed us some great pictures of screen rooms and even saw some of the gorgeous concrete work they did recently. We were only planning on getting a quote for a screen room but we coudn't resist to redo our driveway as well with some of the stamped concrete options he showed us.
Cameron was very knowledgable and let us know that the reasons that our driveway and walkway was so bad and cracked because over the years the big tree roots raised the concrete.
We were really happy with the prices and it was actually $2,000 under what we had originally budgeted so we went ahead and signed up to get into there schedule and they had it done in about 3 weeks. Seahawk went above and beyond. Everything that they promised happened and we couldn't have been happier with the workmanship as well as the customer service and communication.
We will be referring Seahawk Remodeling to our friends and family and are keeping them in mind to finish up our window project as well with a lifetime window.

The estimator Nick came over and i was surprised to learn about the variety of exterior work they do.  I was referred to them by the Sunsetter awning website and originally had them out to order an awning.  After talking to Nick for a while and learning about all the services he was capable of doing i decided that i would like all my work done by the same company.  The concrete work was done beautifully and then a large screen room was built over the top.  I also had a few windows left to do and they were able to match the rest of my windows and trim.  Last but not least they installed a Sunsetter retractable awning over the top of my side deck.  The work was done professionally, quickly, and on budget.  I have referred them to 2 different friends already.  Things could not have gone smoother.

Seahawk Remodeling came highly recommended from a family friend who had their kitchen remodeled by Seahawk Remodeling.  The estimator who came out was named Nick Upton and he was very clean cut and personable.  He was knowledgeable in all fields of construction and gave great advice regarding the design of our huge remodel.  We understood that this was going to be an expensive project from the beginning and we were fairly warned by Nick that we were gong to be in the 6 figure range.  He offered to do the project in phases if it was more comfortable for our budget but we opted to do it all at once.  The roof, deck and flooring did not require building permits or engineering so they were first up.  Seahawk Remodeling was sensitive to our schedules and that of our special needs child.  About 2 weeks after signing contracts our deck construction, re-roofing, and hardwood floors were underway.  The deck took around a week as expected, the roof took around a week as well.  And the flooring was installed in two days!  We were kept very informed on the status of our sun-room permits and once they were approved Seahawk Remodeling went to work right away.  The sun-room was installed in around two weeks and the result is fantastic.  We got the energy efficient glass package and opted for electricity in the sun-room as well.  Nick was knowledgeable enough to schedule the drive way last so we didn't have construction trucks driving up and down our brand new driveway.  Our old driveway was removed and the forms were assembled on the first day and then our driveways was poured and stamped the next day.  We had to wait 4 days for the concrete to cure before we could drive on it.  All in all, we are very satisfied with Seahawk Remodeling as a contractor and Nick Upton as a project manager.  We never felt out of the loop and all the work was performed as expected.  We will be giving every referral we can muster to Nick Upton because we know he will take good care of them.

The deck installations was quick and constructed really well.  We're really impressed with the railing and rain protections under the deck.  The contractor was punctual, efficient, and very friendly.
The Master Bath installation went well, being able to design my bathroom and watch it all come together was great.  Even though it took longer than the anticipated it was all done correctly and any issues that arose were addressed and fixed.  The contractor was very efficient, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful with making choices and giving advice. 

Dave from Seahawk Construction had taken over the contract for Penguin windows (which is bankrupt).  They contacted us to check on our windows and let us know they now had the contract.  Since they were going to be in Bellingham I invited them to stop by and give me an estimate on re-carpeting the Rec room and installing radiant heat on the concrete floor to help get some heat in the room.  They gave me estimates with and without the retro-fit radiant heat mats and carpeting with a high quality memory foam pad which would be less expensive but much warmer than the present carpet and pad.
After checking their web site I also requested an estimate on the gutters, which were desperately in need of replacing.  Since we couldn't do both and the gutters were leaking we chose to do them first.  The Dave and Cam, were very patient and listened to many stories my husband told before he would agree to having the work done.  They told us they were able to keep costs down if they batched jobs in one area so it might be four to six weeks before they started the job however it was only three weeks till they did the job.  We have a 2500 sq ft tri-level house but the gutters were completed, including cleanup that same day.

Seahawk is a great company to do business with.  And, we gave them A LOT of business.  We are getting ready to retire and move back into a home we've owned for years as a rental.  The house had gotten beat up pretty bad over the years and needed a major overhaul.  Seahawk Remodeling came heavily recommended from another member of our church who had them finish their triple pane window replacement after Penguin went out of business.  After talking with a project manager from Seahawk we decided to utilize them as our general contractor.  We has them do double pane insulated windows, high efficiency vinyl siding, standing seam metal roof, two skylights, a solar tube in the bathroom, and hardwood flooring throughout the whole house.
Every phase of the project went smoothly and everything ended up as promised.  Calls are returned promptly and all employees have been very professional.  We feel we got a great value and the best bang for our buck.  The craftsmen always left our home tidy and the clean up at the end of each phase was thorough.  I would definitely recommend them to friends, family, and co-workers.  In fact, next year we are going to use them for solar panels if the Federal tax incentive is still going on, or maybe to finish our basement with a wine cellar.
