Siding is noisy and we had to take all the pictures off the wall. They provided a big dumpster and we were allowed to throw some household junk in there. The end results is a beautiful home. Now Seahawk Remodeling is doing our neighbors across the street and they gave us a gift card to a steakhouse for the referral!

There was zero room for error so we hired the company with the most and best reviews. They did not disappoint. 7 week job. Hardie Planks siding Trex front porch 30 year roof Sliding door replacement Refinish back deck Exterior Paint Tight budget, tight timeline. This company flat out executed.

I will tell you that they showed up on time and did very high quality work. This company was vastly better than the other contractors we dealt with. Seahawk Remodeling will be involved on my next flip house as well

Hire these guys! We used Seahawk Remodeling for a fairly in-depth project including building a 1,000 sq. ft. deck and replacing the siding on a 2,000 sq. ft. part of our house. They were fast, professional, efficient, and high quality. They had planned a 6-week project and managed to get it done in 4 thanks to a lot of smart scheduling (and a bit of luck with the weather). Because of this the project came in exactly on budget, which is amazing and such a refreshing change as opposed to the usual. As people, they are great guys and their crews were so professional; we felt comfortable letting them do work on the house while not being able to be home. And the finished product looks absolutely amazing. I hope we never need to do a huge project like this again. But if we did, there would only be one company to call.

From the time I signed the contract to finish was almost 3 months. The city building inspector had them change a few things but it went well. I wish someone from Seahawk Remodeling would have done a final inspection with me. Just to make sure it was exactly want I wanted and met their standards as well. Oh well..

The build is top quality. I figured Id seal it myself but never got around to it so I called them and hired them to do it. the deck was 12,000. The stain was 2200

This is the only contractor I could find who would even take on our job. James Hardie makes a really thick type of siding that is seldom used because of the cost but we wouldn't accept anything else on our home. I cannot say if the price was high or low, we only got one bid. The work was done effectively and we are happy with the final result. Would hire again

The deck kept the original frame and they put down new boards and then stained it. Then we built a big cover over top. It was ugly and now it is beautiful .

We hired a painting contractor who insisted we get the siding partially redone before painting. We ended up doing all the siding instead of just pieces of it, also some foggy windows. The project was done when they said it would be. We used james hardie siding and soffits, then had our painter come in and spray. Although we weren't excited to get the siding done, once the work started it did become exciting to watch our house transform. The pricing was fixed and did not increase during the project, nice!

After a few minutes on site, an extraordinarily high price was 'tossed out'. It felt like we were being played. When we made it clear that $50,000 was well beyond our budget, the conversation was shifted toward a concrete flat work solution. They promised to send us information re. designs and styles of concrete finishing but have never heard from them again. We have never received any sort of design or bid as promised in their promotion via Angieslist.

"Hello, I gave you an approximate price based on replacing your current deck. It would be in the 50,000$ range. At that point you told me that was way out of your budget, understandable. I then recommended you consider decorative concrete as a less expensive option that you seemed to like. I showed you pictures on my iPad of different concrete options and also told you that my company does not do concrete. I gave you a recommendation of a local concrete company who I have worked with in the past. There was no design to be done. Im not sure what I could have done different. If you wanted something else I left you my cell number. You could have called or texted instead of leaving a nasty review which we do not deserve."

The service was amazing when I originally called a lady picked up and took down my information. Told me someone would be in contact with me shortly to talk to me about my project. We ended up scheduling a appointment and they were out at the house shortly there after. We ended up paying a little more for the Azek PVC decking and it looks great. The workers did a great job and the customer service was excellent.

I called him and told him that the deck was for a commercial property that I had. He said it wasn't worth it to him to draw up a deck, but I could draw him a deck and send it to him for an estimate. This seemed completely against the verbiage in the deal! He would not do what he stated in the ad and would not provide the service that I paid for.

"Sorry for the misunderstanding. Your job requires an architects drawing and structural engineering. We are not able to provide that service for 49$. We told you that we would refund your 49$ and you could have the deck drawn for us to bid. No where in the deal does it say that we can provide architects drawings and structural engineering for 49$. Well as you can tell from above there were many jobs to be done. Every different project is a different trade and so we ended up having about 8 different crewmen at our house. I will say this, every single one of them was a gentleman. As far as the work, its top notch! As far as the price, its in the middle, not cheap thats for sure. But like anything else you get what you pay for. Not having a headache and top notch work at mid range pricing!
