this company did a excellent job with our siding and decking project. We wanted to use a company that can handle both projects while using the same project manager. We got many quotes from companies that did just one or the other and we are glad we went with Seahawk. The siding came out excellent but the deck design was the best part and turned out better than we had imagined with the lights ect. Excellent work 5 stars

Finding a contractor who we believed could excite our vision was a nightmare until we talked with Seahawk Remodeling. The entire project was very stressful for my family because of the size of the investment. We feel lucky to have contracted with such an experienced and versatile contractor. This company is 5 stars all the way.

It took longer to get the permits than we thought. Covid bottleneck made it take 6 months to issue. That is not Seahawk Remodelings fault, but its what happened. I will say that when the permit was issued Seahawk got right to work and didn't stop until the entire project was complete. The craftsmanship is superb. We talked with 5 different contractors and Seahawk was the most experienced and competent. We knew hiring them would get the job done right the first time. Would hire again

Like a lot of other people I used this company because of their reputation and their ability to handle multi phased jobs like ours. The house was worn down from many many yers of differed maintenance and it was time for a full rehab.... New windows, new decks, new roof and gutters on house and shop, and new hardie board siding. We were not shocked by the price(NOT CHEAP), and we were happy with the competence of the company. If you have a large exterior project we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Trex deck, so if it's installed correctly, you should basically never have a problem. The Fascia boards were not installed under the steps as indicated by Trex and further, were screwed in with regular deck screws at intervals not recommended by the manufacturer. Nick was kind enough to offer to fix his mess for $12,000, his solution also involved "sealing the fascia with Subfloor Glue". When I asked him to stand behind his work he told me to "quit harrassing him" and to "go ahead and file a claim on his bond Today". He is not certified by Trex and did not submit this deck for warranty with Trex. You are on your own here. Do your research.

Seahawk remodeling built our Trex deck. From the beginning it was a great experience. We had been trying to get bids for 2 years to have our deck rebuilt. We had contractors who didn't show up, showed up but never submitted a bid, to contractors who bid astronomical amounts of money. Nick sat down with me and went through the entire process of what he would do. He had samples to show me and educated me on the different types of Trex/plastic products to use. He was also the only contractor who noticed that part of our deck was sinking and needed to be fixed. The process was seamless. They showed up on a Monday and worked all day, every week day until it was finished. 7 days later. They were respectful, friendly and even helped to move some of the heavy items off our deck and back on again afterwards. I cannot say enough about Nick and Seahawk remodeling. We will definitely be recommending them to our HOA and friends who need new decks.

Like many others we selected Seahawk because we wanted one contractor to handle a multi-phase project.

Massive overhaul of the exterior. New roof, skylights, gutters. We used GAF. Concrete Driveway and Patio under deck with stamped border. James Hardie siding with clear cedar accents. Millgard Double pane windows Trex deck. This was all deferred and badly needed. We researched hard for one contractor who could do it all with extreme care and quality. We are extremely happy.

I had Seahawk install a new covered deck/outdoor living area in my back yard. Even though they didn't work as fast as I'd hoped, the work is very high quality and worth the wait.

I searched high and low for the right contractor. My main objective was to find someone who could handle all the projects at once. JACKPOT!!! Seahawk Remodeling outperformed my expectations. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

We hired Seahawk Remodeling (worked with Cameron Hanke) to tear down our existing back deck and front porch that was not up to current code standards, and rebuild it up to code, as well as add a new staircase (off the back deck). The overall deck/porch look great, however the low scores are for what happened during and after the deck was built. Cameron initially quoted us that the project would take about 3-4 weeks to complete, however it took twice as long, at about 8 weeks. The reason for this delay was because without prior notice, the two builders were pulled off our deck project to complete other projects multiple times. Sometimes it would just be a day that they wouldn't come by to complete the work, the longest they were gone without any communication to us was about 2 weeks. At this point when they didn't communicate with us beforehand that they weren't going to be working on our project for those two weeks, they had the project almost finished, except that the staircase off the back deck was missing some railings. So the deck was usable, just unsafe. We have two dogs and a toddler, and this was unacceptable to us to just quit working for a couple weeks without any warning ahead of time, and without keeping us updated as to why they were continuing to put our project on hold, and when they would be back. It took multiple phone calls to Cameron to get them to come and finish the job. The issues we are now facing with Cameron and Seahawk Remodeling, is that we are completing the permit process with Snohomish County, and the county inspector found deficiencies against code requirements with the deck that need to be addressed with fixes by the contractor. We have called multiple times to have Cameron's crew come out and fix these deficiencies to bring the deck up to code completely, sent all the necessary paperwork from the county noting exactly what needs to be done, and they have been silent. At first Cameron said they wouldn't be able to schedule us until end of March because "there are 4 deck projects ahead of ours", but we know they could pull their crew off an existing project for the 1-2 days needed to finish the job in order for our deck and permit to be satisfied (considering they did it to us). And now he's not even entertaining communicating to us at all. The deck itself looks great, however we are sorely disappointed in the lack of professionalism, quality (they said they would build a deck up to code, and have failed to complete the necessary items deemed important by the county, which also begs the question about their knowledge and competence about the code requirements), and communication. We experienced terrible customer service and will not be working with them again.

We gutted this house inside and out. We had Seahawk do the exterior. Needless to say this was a very extensive project. We worked with many contractors in this process, Se3ahawk was among the best.. Highly recommend especially for multi phase projects.

Like most other people I had deferred maintainence on my house until I couldn't anymore. With the market being the way it is I decided to go High end. Seahawk has done work for many of my co-workers and came highly recommended. Seahawk impressed me as well.
