Paramount Construction Company is an excellent company and we would highly recommend them for any remodeling job. The workers were meticulous and did an outstanding job. They gutted two bathrooms and retiled the floors and showers. Each job was done with precision and care. We were pleased by the promptness of the workers each day, their neatness, and friendliness. When one bathroom had unexpected problems, the owner of the company spent extra hours at the home to complete the job on time. Even tiny insignificant cracks or spaces the average person would not notice were corrected and repaired beautifully. We would hire them again in an instant!

It took awhile to get on Ryan's schedule, but once we had finalized on a contract, scope of work, materials, and had a start date things went seamlessly. Ryan has great attention to detail and pride in his workmanship. He was very responsive to questions and concerns that we have by email and telephone. Ryan was referred to us by another friend in the construction industry and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do remodeling work.

Ryan with Paramount recently did a full renovation of our kitchen and dining room. It was an overall very good experience. He was able to help us with the initial design and finished the extensive project on schedule. He communicated with us daily during the project and did exactly as promised all the way through. Quality finish work throughout. We were completely satisfied with the job he did. Would definitely use him again for any other project.

We could not be happier with the work that was done and how our beautiful kitchen came together under Ryan's care. He was endlessly patient with our moments of panic and decision changes. He helped us look at different options and benefits to color and style choices. He worked until he had everything just right. Even when we were happy, Ryan persisted until it was absolutely perfect. We noticed a crack in one of our cabinets (not his fault!) several weeks after the job was complete, Ryan immediately came out and changed out the cabinet door as well as another one that he found on his own. In the beginning, Ryan gave us a very fair quote for the job and in the end, that is what we paid. We look forward to having him do more projects for us in the future and would highly recommend Paramount Construction Group to anyone.

We called Ryan freshly scarred from a very bad experience with a contractor we had to fire mid-job. We were mistrusting and fearful of getting burned again. Ryan listened to our concerns and easily won our trust. Ryan and his crew delivered the high quality we were expecting, right on schedule. He is clear and articulate and the bill is exactly what we were expecting. No surprise charges. It gets better, Ryan is the kind of guy you want in your home. We had such a great experience, we didn’t hesitate for a moment and called him again for a second project. Bottom line, Ryan is everything we hope for in a contractor and we couldn’t be happier.

I was exceptionally pleased. Ryan was easy to work with. He was very prompt and lived up to every commitment. The subcontractors were also very good, and I was equally as pleased with their work. Since I was a total novice, I really appreciated that Ryan put me in touch with the right places to find all the necessary fixtures.

Ryan was totally professional with our experiences. Had a contract that was managed and on target. Had a few unforseen hiccups which he was responsive and quick to correct. He insured and insisted that all his work was up to our standards and approval and did everything to provide customer satisfaction.

From day one, contacting Paramount Construction to the very end of the project, the service, attention to detail, punctuality and oversight of the project was appreciated. Although our kitchen remodel was probably not as comprehensive as other remodels of Paramount Construction, Ryan treated this remodel in a fashion that led us to trust that we were the most important client to him, during that timeframe. Everything in the kitchen was removed and he installed new cabinets, helped with the install of a new island, oversaw the plumbing, electricity, and patiently let me change the colors for painting. Always prompt and cleanup up each day impeccable.

Ryan Hardwick's attention to detail and extremely high standards of quality are evident in our new home. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. Ryan was always direct and straightforward with us and quickly earned our trust, both in terms of doing what he said he would do, as well as when he said he would do it.
Our experience with Ryan and his team was the best part of our very long and extensive project. The remodel involved the tear-down down of the existing structure, a 100-year old Richmond Beach home on a hillside lot, and its replacement with a 2-story, 4-bedroom house. Ryan, his team and his subcons framed and finished the structure from the basement to the 2nd floor, including intricate trim, birch flooring and staircase, the perfect installation of solid wood doors, the installation of cabinets and a beautiful paint job inside and out.

Ryan is a incredibly reliable contractor. His prices are very reasonable and he works super fast. Many contractors spend 10-4 and charge for the long project time, but Ryan usually gives a fixed price bid and gets the work done in incredibly fast time. As a result of his quick results, his prices are incredibly reasonable. And unlike many bids priced similarly, he has never had cost or time overruns.
The first project was to build a cold storage room in our warehouse (September 2014). This required framing a new 20x30 (600 sq ft total) room with 12' ceilings over concrete, creating a door for access, and window for the AC unit. Ryan did all of this in 3 working days. His sub-contractor for insulation was able to spray foam the interior walls the day after he finished framing and now we have a cold storage room for a total cost of under 5000 (his bid was 5,500 for materials and labor). Most bids for this project came in between 6K-12K. I chose Ryan because he was detailed in explaining how he would build the room and he was able to answer any questions I had on the structural and insulation issues. It wasn't just for price. but the efficient approach he used and the quickness with which he completed the project. For a bootstraped small business, this was the best result. We have been using the cold storage room for over 8 months now without any issues.
The second major project Ryan helped with was to create a reception area in our warehouse. This warehouse was in a very bad condition when we first moved in, Carving off a 25x40 area in the front for customer reception and office space. He had to demo some old structures, build a partition wall that is 12 feet high, install trim all around, patch up some old wood siding with drywall and have electrical outlets/lights fitting a reception area. Ryan and his subcontractor for electrical were able to complete this project in under a week. Again a incredibly efficient and quick project work. The reception are is a clean and pleasant space now where we feel confident hosting customers while it was anything but nice before.
I would hire Ryan confidently for any project because I trust that he will get the project done and not make me sit on a incomplete project for months.
