"It's always great to hear that another one of our clients was happy with their experience working with us and also the finished product. We really enjoyed working with these clients, some of the best!"
"We know that hiring a contractor can be stressful to some. So we strive to make every renovation a enjoyable experience. We start by listening to our clients desires and concerns and make sure we accomplish everything discussed with great communication and attention to detail. We want to be just as happy as our clients are once the project is completed."
"On time and on budget. This is what every client wants and what we strive for on every job. Having a great team of professionals and suppliers help us provide these two important factors into every job."
"We are always punctual. We make sure to do what we say we'll do and be there when we say we'll be there. It's the little things that count to us!"

Making sure that our clients are involved and understand everything that is encountered is important to us and we ensure their satisfaction is acquired."
"We thank you for your review! It's always unfortunate to experience a leak. We were very happy to be able to pinpoint the source of the leak and get everything resolved and repaired. Thanks again!"
"We appreciate all projects large or small. Every job is completely different than the next, but always treat each one the same when it comes to our attention to detail and communication with our customers. Thanks guys!"
"We enjoyed this project very much. The clients were amazing and very accommodating considering we were cutting into their roof! We created a great space with this custom roof deck to maximize the amazing panoramic views of Puget Sound. We count on details and punctuality to create a great renovation experience."

We always give the same attention to our customers regardless of the size of the project. We greatly appreciate the positive feedback and strive to make every job the absolute best. Thanks (Member name removed) and [Member Name Removed]!"
"Thank you! We always make sure to communicate on a daily basis with our customers to ensure everyone knows what steps are next and if there are any details that need attention. The details count!"
Our experience with Ryan and his team was the best part of our very long and extensive project. The remodel involved the tear-down down of the existing structure, a 100-year old Richmond Beach home on a hillside lot, and its replacement with a 2-story, 4-bedroom house. Ryan, his team and his subcons framed and finished the structure from the basement to the 2nd floor, including intricate trim, birch flooring and staircase, the perfect installation of solid wood doors, the installation of cabinets and a beautiful paint job inside and out.
"Larger projects always require extreme coordination to ensure there are no days going to waste. Every second of every day counts to ensure we maximize productivity and stay on schedule. Although, with any renovation project, there are unforeseen issues that can arise. This is where our communication and experience with construction come into play. Our excellent team of professionals always attack any issue that may come up with great care and precision. We enjoyed working with these customers, some of the best!"
The first project was to build a cold storage room in our warehouse (September 2014). This required framing a new 20x30 (600 sq ft total) room with 12' ceilings over concrete, creating a door for access, and window for the AC unit. Ryan did all of this in 3 working days. His sub-contractor for insulation was able to spray foam the interior walls the day after he finished framing and now we have a cold storage room for a total cost of under 5000 (his bid was 5,500 for materials and labor). Most bids for this project came in between 6K-12K. I chose Ryan because he was detailed in explaining how he would build the room and he was able to answer any questions I had on the structural and insulation issues. It wasn't just for price. but the efficient approach he used and the quickness with which he completed the project. For a bootstraped small business, this was the best result. We have been using the cold storage room for over 8 months now without any issues.
The second major project Ryan helped with was to create a reception area in our warehouse. This warehouse was in a very bad condition when we first moved in, Carving off a 25x40 area in the front for customer reception and office space. He had to demo some old structures, build a partition wall that is 12 feet high, install trim all around, patch up some old wood siding with drywall and have electrical outlets/lights fitting a reception area. Ryan and his subcontractor for electrical were able to complete this project in under a week. Again a incredibly efficient and quick project work. The reception are is a clean and pleasant space now where we feel confident hosting customers while it was anything but nice before.
I would hire Ryan confidently for any project because I trust that he will get the project done and not make me sit on a incomplete project for months. I have had such bad experiences with multiple contractors before. He is experienced with solving many unique construction problems, works fast, is a fantastic communicator and very reasonably priced.
"We really enjoy some of the out of the ordinary projects that we have the pleasure to work on! To create something that our customers have in their mind and make it a reality, really makes us happy. This was a unique project and really enjoyed working with this customer, he couldn't have been any better to work with. Great guy!"
From the very beginning, I was impressed with Ryan from Paramount Construction Group. Ryan was a true professional and very competitive in his bid. We decided to hire them and were completely satisfied. He was engaged with what we wanted and his crew was punctual, cleaned up everyday,, and were true to keeping on time.
I will continue to use this company and refer them to anybody .
"We are always happy to hear the positive feedback from our customers when it comes to our attention to detail, punctuality, communication and pricing. With there being so much competition out there, we feel our close relationship we create with all of our customers really set us apart from other companies. We always seem to get return business and referrals from excellent customers just like this. Thanks!"
