Poor communication with my mother. She stated she thought she had agreed upon the 49,00/per room cost and was not told there woul be an extra cost for spot removal. overall, the cleaner didnt say much and my mother didnt know that this cleaning would cost so much

THEY WERE VERY TIMELY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY. THEY OFFERED ME PROTECTANT SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO HAVE IT CLEANED SO OFTEN AND FROM ALL THE SPILLS THAT CAN HAPPEN.
